Fancy Fun Fort Lauderdale! Luxe Studio/1BA apt sleeps 4, intimate complex with pool. 15 mins to the beach! We give tips on airboat tours of the Everglades, FTL's most authentic Cuban sandwiches, and intel like Wilton Creamery's gourmet ice cream and Shuck'n'Dive Mardi Gras themed sports bar. Canyon's rotating margarita menu and awesome happy hour is a short walk from the complex. 1 bath & kitchen; the covered pool is steps away & free! Publix is walkable.

About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated in spring 2019. Apartment 23 is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story building, and the pool is steps from the front door! The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include a queen bed and a sofabed. A full bathroom, luxurious linens, and modern decor round out your home base for a South Florida vacation filled with the beach, sunshine, and great memories with friends.

Your Availability:
“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and I hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic because it’s centrally located - with some eating, drinking and shopping within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and activities, it’s hard to find a better vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale.

Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20-minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
