Amazing and comfortable place
This property is extremely comfortable, close to world class towns and outdoor activities. My family feels right at home and it is our ‘Happy Place’ !!! Highly recommended, the owners and Vacasa staff make it extra special. Come and enjoy Colorado in this peaceful and comforting property!!!

Complete Disappointment!
The trip was nice the Vacasa Rental at 2449 Ryan Gulch was a complete disappointment. The kitchen was filthy, with sticky stuff running down the front of cabinet in kitchen area, oven door had stuff dried on it that ran down the front of, the baseboards near the stove and top of the refrigerator were filthy, upstairs bathroom fan broke, bathroom faucet not attached to sink, toilet seat was completely off toilet bowl, mold stains in side bedroom around the window, old plastic crunchy mattress cover on upstairs bed, not enough pillow cases for pillows used/available, throw blanket offered was snagged and torn, not one stick of wood offered to start a fire in fireplace, Xbox broken and would not even power on, living room rugs so old they are shedding all over socks/slippers .... see attached pictures if needed, Also, I had to call 24 hrs prior to checking in for details on check-in and access and was told I would not get that until the day of because of security reasons/ people presently staying there, Only to receive details 10-15 minutes after my call was made?? So, not like Vacasa and such a disappointment.

Great experience.
Great location with perfect amenities. Could use some new carpet and a little TLC, but overall great experience. The range didn’t work, so the food we brought went to waste. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It was okay.
I really wanted to love this place. The listing is generally accurate, though I would not call the kitchen "stylish" - it was very small, there was no water pitcher or filter, and there was only one drinking glass. I recommend bringing your own supplies when staying here. We ended up leaving one night early because the beds were incredibly uncomfortable - my partner and I both woke up with back pain on both mornings. I could feel the springs while I slept. We were given the wrong code to enter the property and spent some time trying to get in. When we called the Vacasa help line, they were able to assist us, but it was freezing and late and we had to stand outside while we figured this out. It wasn't as loud as other reviewers mentioned and it is in a convenient location. The living room was very well set up and we appreciated having games to play and lots of streaming options on the TV.

Cozy, amazing location and great value.
My fiancee and I stayed here a few times on a couple of different trips. We absolutely love this condo. It is well maintained, very clean, cozy, and centrally located to a lot of restaurants, scenic hikes and outlet malls for shopping. It's also only about 20 mins to Breckenridge if you are trying to ski. The condo also has an amazing view of the mountains. I would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable Condo
Overall this was a great place to stay for a short ski trip with 2 adults and 2 kids, and the offer of late checkout for a minimal fee made it possible for an additional day of skiing, so that was greatly appreciated. The place was furnished nicely; newer appliances, VERY comfy mattresses with snuggly comforters and extra blankets. and plenty of basic toiletries and big fluffy towels in the bathrooms. It also has a nice view from the couch through the doors and windows that go out to the balcony. The only drawbacks were the distance from the parking lot to the condo - first down a declining step sidewalk, then up a flight of stairs - with heavy luggage (knowing this in advance, pack lighter, get in shape, or bring help), and the kitchen could have been better stocked with some towels, potholders, and firestarter cubes (so bring your own). We definitely enjoyed our trip - especially the Scrabble game on the wall -- and would stay again.

Very good choice for a place to stay near the mountains
The condo is exactly like the description and furnished nicely. The beds were good and it comes fully stocked with towels, linens, pans, etc. There were a few smaller things that didn't impact our stay at all but still separated this from a 5 star to a 4. The dishwasher is not actually attached to the counter top and when the door is opened, the whole thing leans forward. It still functions fine but could be an issue if loaded heavily with dishes. The water pressure in the main floor shower was fairly weak, but it never ran out of hot water, so as long as you were patient, you are fine. There are stairs to climb to get to the unit but the complex did a great job clearing snow. Laundry is not in the unit, but there is a laundry room available in the complex. All in, we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location
A clean condo in a great location for a reasonable price. I would make sure you arrive during the day as the building numbers were not easy to see in the dark and we didn’t know where the parking was, at 10pm after 6 hours of driving in traffic we weren’t our sharpest. The electronic key pad ON the door is also not easy to see in the dark. Otherwise a great place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay
The location of this condo is great. We were only 15-30 minutes away from great skiing. Loved being in the town of Silverthorne with all of the conveniences (shopping and restaurants) The condo has been mostly redone except for the upstairs bathroom. All of the beds and bedding were very nice. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, could just use a few more pans. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the views from the balcony/living room were beautiful. Overall it was a great stay and we loved the condo. The only real downside was not having a washer and dryer. We requested the code for the condo shared laundry room but did not receive it until we had already left. This meant we spent an evening at a local laundromat. I would recommend this condo just make sure you request the laundry code before you arrive.
