Cozy and beautifully decorated, this charming condo has everything needed for a perfect family getaway or a romantic escape for two. This home has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare full meals or beach snacks.

The white, sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this home. While at the beach, work on your tan, splash in the warm waters, and watch for playful dolphins playing in the emerald surf. After a day at the beach, stop at the shared, outdoor pool for even more fun in the water. When it's time to eat, there are plenty of local restaurants nearby that offer beachside dining where you can feast on local seafood and other delicious menu items, all with great views.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Way to Vacation

The place was clean upon arrival. We initially struggled to find it in the dark since it was tucked behind some construction. Pros- Within walking distance of the ocean/Public beach access. Quiet location- no noisy neighbors. The pool was warm and clean so my older son could swim during nap time for my younger. The kitchen was well stocked (other than a pizza cutter). Was roomy and homey which was nice for our family of 4. Cons- the WiFi was out our entire 4 day stay, which meant no watching movies (via Netflix) in the evening and needing to use our phones in order to look up attractions). The back patio had broken tiles that we loose. The oven/stove did not initially work and my husband had to troubleshoot to get it to work. The water filter needed to be changed on the refrigerator (light was on) which led to the water tasting weird. Overall, a great place to stay for a family. A Vacasa representative did try to come over and fix the Wi-fi issue and stayed in contact via text but apparently Cox had an outage the entire time we were there... seems like a long time for an outage.

Great beach stay!

We loved this rental. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed for nights we stayed in. It is in a quiet area and is close to the beach. We were able to walk to and from the beach. It is also right down the street from Joe Pompanos, which was nice! The pull out sofa bed wasn’t too comfortable, so wouldn’t recommend using that for someone to sleep on. Other than that, it was an amazing stay! We would definitely return if they allowed small dogs. But if you are looking for a clean, comfy spot near the beach, this is the place!

Nice place

The place was very nice. Cleaning crew needs to clean better. Bathroom and shower were dirty on arrival. Skylight in the bedrooms are beautiful, but super loud when it rains. Very close to the beach, but parking at the public access can be difficult. Not impressed with Vacasa. Wanted to stay an extra day. Received an email for a discount for an extra day if booked 4 days before check-in. Would not let me book for discount price on the app. Asking for credit card number with the email. Thought it might be a scam, so I tried to call. No answer for several days at different times. Finally got through to someone 5 days before check-in to book an extra day. Not able to because the room was already booked for someone else. Asked to change locations to stay in one place the entire vacation. NO! Was willing to pay the difference for a more expensive location. NO. One day for the discount price at a different location. NO. Very frustrating. Once you book with Vacasa, you are locked in. They won’t change anything and offer discounts that they don’t follow through with. Would stay at the location again, but NOT while it’s with Vacasa.

Great Condo & Location

This condo was beautiful and perfect for the two weeks I spent there with my dog. Love that it was dog friendly! I will note that the stairs are rather steep and there are no carpets anywhere so older dogs may not be ideal. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything you could want for prep, cook and serving, but note, there are no pantry items (even staples like salt or pepper) at all. The location was great and an easy two blocks to the beach however there are no sidewalks and there are a few blighted homes on the way, which may deter anyone with small children. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, which is unusual these days, and the master shower had very low water pressure, but otherwise it was fine. The skylights in both the bedrooms were great for natural light but very noisy in the rain. Biggest downside to this condo and probably why I wouldn't rent it long term again is the wifi - it was extremely inconsistent and had to be reset constantly. Not a big deal if you're vacationing, but I was working while I was there and it was a hassle. Otherwise, this is a beautiful condo in a great location. Vacasa management was very responsive as well.

Good place to stay!

Nice quiet area. Not far of a walk to the beach. We liked staying there. The only problem the floors were very dirty. Our bottoms of our feet were black. We had to wear our shoes in the town house.

Great stay

FAMILY friendly While some people like the right in the beach feel, this was perfect for us. We live a quiet life and appreciated the ability to not always be right in the middle of the busy hustle and bustle. This condo is a very very short two blocks to perfect beach access and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and has a pool as well. Good walking distance to shops and food.

Needs a deep clean!

The pans in the kitchen were not usable! Had to buy a fry pan for breakfast! The floors and rugs were filthy! Ruined two pairs of socks because we hated to walk barefoot on the floor! Whoever is cleaning this unit needs to do better! Otherwise, a great location!

Nice!

This is a great place to stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. It is a short walk to the beach and Pompano Joe’s. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby. We had everything we needed to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation. We definitely plan to return.
