The open concept kitchen & living area offers plenty of space to spread out & relax. The kitchen provides a breakfast bar for two to enjoy coffee while the dining space seats four guests. The calm & contemporary living space is the perfect spot for movie watching or curling up with a good book. Just down the hall you’ll find two guest rooms; the master bedroom boasts a king size beds & views of the downtown area while the second bedroom offers a queen size bed along with a small desk and chair. And did we mention, your dog is welcome to enjoy this fabulous space as well? That’s right, the Mason Street Loft is dog-friendly! Plenty of green space / parks within walking distance to let your 4 legged friend stretch it's legs. great getaway condo

Two bedroom condo perfect for two or three people. The second bedroom is pretty small, with a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed and two people would be comfortable in that room. There is one bathroom only which would make it tough for four people in my opinion. Otherwise it is perfectly located on Mason Street right in the heart of the town. Charming!! We walked to morning coffee and all over for shopping etc. There is a full fairly steep flight of stairs up so be aware. The place is airy and new and has lovely furnishings and finishes. Photos are accurate. We were very happy.

A perfect weekend getaway!

My best friend was visiting from NYC so my husband and I thought it would be a great idea to take her to Saugatuck for a few days. We all had a wonderful trip! We will definitely be staying at the Mason Loft again and can’t wait to return!!! Any questions were quickly answered.

Comfortable, Great Location

Great property location. Cleanliness was the only downside. Opened a set of blinds and DUST CLOUD, place could use a good deep cleaning. Also found living ants in the kitchen and bathroom sink, glad we didn't cook during our stay. It got noisy at night (late night hours, after 11pm) but it was the middle of the summer and a vacation town so we didn't expect anything less.

Awesome Location

This is our second stay at Mason St and we would gladly make a third visit. The place is simple, but plenty spacious and clean and the location is ideal. Check-in was easy and communication was excellent.

Lovely Stay in Saugatuck

This is a lovey 2-bedroom right in the heart of Saugatuck, a block from the Kalamazoo River. The place was exactly as advertised, and well kept up. Management stayed in constant contact with us before and during the say. I highly recommend it!

Girls weekend

We had a great time at the Mason Street loft. The location was perfect since it is right in the midst of all the shops and restaurants. The loft was clean and had everything that we needed. We plan on staying here again.

Wonderful listing

I wish we had more time to stay and explore. We were in Saugatuck for a wedding & this location was perfect for walking to and from the venue and exploring down town. We would definitely stay again. You probably won’t work with Kevin, which was confusing because no messages were answered in the app, but we eventually got ahold of Bella Vita Vacation Rentals. They were very helpful!

Can’t beat the location

This place was very spacious, clean and the location could not be beat. The only down side is no parking and no outdoor space. The host was very responsive. I would recommend for a weekend stay in a very fun city.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the Mason Street Lofts. The loft was small and cozy but had everything we could have needed and was tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable, living room with couch was perfect for relaxing after a full day shopping in Saugatuck.

Right in the Heart of Saugatuck

This property is located right in downtown Saugatuck, just around the corner from ice-cream shops, restaurants, and stores. This makes it very easy to enjoy all that Saugatuck offers. It also means it's a little noisy at night. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, too, during high season. Still, it's a nice place to stay if you're looking for an in-town experience.

Perfect location!

The location was ideal, walking distance to literally everything. The check in process was easy and seamless. The decor of the apartment is great and there were plenty of towels. Negatives include a dirty floor, not enough dish ware and mold around the bathroom sink and lower portion of the walk in shower. Also, there was no dish soap for hand washing dishes (there were lipstick marks on a wine glass that needed to be scrubbed clean). The couch is showing wear.

We love Saugatuk

This was our second trip to Saugatuck and this loft made the tripeven more enjoyable. It is in a perfect location my kids loved looking at the boats across the street in the marina. The loft was perfect for my family it was clean and we enjoyed our stay. There was a minor problem with the shower and it was fixed within hours. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time.

Overall this was a good property. The location was Excellent; everywhere in town was walkable! My only complaint was that the floors in the loft were dirty and could benefit from some deeper cleaning.
