Fully equipped kitchenette, TV, full cable, internet, off street parking, covered veranda for lounging/ dining, grill, and side deck. Convenient location...walking dist. to many restaurants!!! See the photos of the various venues one can easily walk or bike to within blocks of the Charming Bungalow. Owner has been a five star Super Host for years on other sites and intends to keep the quality of the bungalow going to continue this trend. Laundry service provided for guests staying one week or more. Everything anyone could possibly need to enjoy time unwinding, relaxing and resetting one's energy, including a fully equipped kitchenette, as detailed in this post. Owner has lived and loved Naples since 1977 and is a full time Realtor, who will happily give guidance regarding where to go to fully enjoy your vacation in paradise. This location, only 2 miles to the wonders of popular 5th Avenue in Olde Naples, 3 miles to the gorgeous beaches of Olde Naples, convenient to several amazing food shopping venues with take out options, pharmacies and much more, is one you will appreciate and remember. After a day of adventuring, shopping and playing in SW Florida, you will find peace and serenity in your home away from home at the Charming Waterfront Bungalow. Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property, even outside. Smoke travels! Bungalow is licensed with Collier County for short term rentals. Jacuzzi motor broken. A replacement has been ordered. The tub is large and usable otherwise.

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and very quiet. I thought the area itself was a great location. I worked outside a few days off the picnic table and the weather was perfect. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. You could probably walk to the beach if you wanted, but we are big walkers. It would only be a short Uber trip. The bungalow was very quiet and private. We were out and about for much of our time there, but our time at the bungalow was very relaxing... especially the hammock!

We wish we could have stayed longer!

This was such a wonderful surprise! Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the ducks swim by and the fish jumping. Taking the kayaks out for nice journey. It was so hard to believe this was in Naples and not the mountains. But it was in Naples, only 5 minutes from 5th Avenue and 8 minutes from amazing sunsets on the Gulf.

A wonderful visit.

We were happy with the tranquil, artsy home. The outdoor space was welcoming and eclectic. We ride bikes for coffee and shopping. We kayaked at sunrise. We sat outside in the morning and saw countless birds

Character filled bungalow in relaxed canal location

Karen's bungalow has been skillfully subdivided to create a nice apartment with excellent bathroom. It's relaxed and peaceful canal location are great to chill out in, filled with artisan touches that give it great character.Karen knows the area well and has great recommendations for places to visit and eat/drink. It's a short drive or reasonable walk from the Botanic Gardens, Tin City and Naples centre.We had a couple of issues when we arrived and Karen was responsive to try and resolve them.Thank you.

This place is absolutely stunning!

Do yourself a favor and stay here while in Naples!. This place is so relaxing, by the canal, everything one needs and more. Walking distance to excellent food, bar, coffee. Karen is an excellent host, excellent tips of the area, easy to reach.

Wonderful Naples stay

This bungalow was fantastic. There is a semi private porch where you can sit under the trees on the waterway. The place was spotless had all the privacy we needed, much larger than expected and all amenities were in excellent working order. Would definitely stay there again.

A peaceful spot in Naples

This is a lovely place to stay, watching the wildlife from the jetty was a particular highlight, we enjoyed our stay in the cottage immensely. Like most places in Florida, you need a car.

the perfect little place

Such a cute place- we loved staying here! The hosts were incredibly kind, accommodating and had a bunch of amenities for us to use. The place was clean, well kept, and spacious! This location was perfect as well, very close to lots of great food and shopping. Strongly recommend booking this for your next stay- it’s far beyond worth it!

Exceeded expectations. I typically like big hotels best because they often use less air freshener and less weird cleaning chemical cocktails than home/condo owners do believe it or not! Karen was nice enough to tell me that she didn’t use this stuff and that was accurate. That’s just a minor and me-specific detail though! This place will appeal to you even if you don't have that special need! We were only there three nights, but it was very quiet and even better than the pictures. She must be a very nice and intelligent person to have so thoughtfully and creatively decorated and set up the way she did.

Beautiful get-away

Karen was an amazing host. Super attentive and went out of her way too make sure we were comfortable. She provided a folder of things to do in the area and the place was very clean and tidy. Wish we had more time to spend there. Would definitely go back highly recommended

Great Stay.

This property has such a cute atmosphere and is private. Very inviting and has easy access to Fifth avenue and the beautiful beaches of Naples. The property comes with lots extras that allow you to explore and create adventures ie. bikes, beach cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs etc.. Perfect place to relax and take in the ambience. We will definitely be back ☺️

Peaceful and Private Bungalow

My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 days at this lovely property! The setting was so peaceful with many outdoor sitting areas, huge covered porch with comfortable furniture, and very private although right in town. We loved having kitchen facilities but also tried some of the many close restaurants and a great coffee place a few minutes walk. Our host provided detailed information for arrival and about the property and area. Thanks for a great visit to Naples!

Great hideaway

We are Florida locals who came to Naples for a weekend getaway. The rooms were around two corners at the back of the property on the canal. The sitting area by the water was comfortable and felt private. The same can be said about the room. It’s just a really nice atmosphere to spend some time. My wife kept saying, “supper cute,” and “let’s come back here. There is more to do in Naples.”

Sweet property in an awesome setting & location!

What a gem! Total privacy even while on homeowners property. Beautiful setting with gorgeous landscaping, water views from several dif outdoor seating spots, and awesome location, just minutes from every place we went. Used the bikes a couple of days and walked another day or so. Communication with owner was great and the place was very clean! Plus, it’s decorated very cute! Definitely enjoyed the stay!
