Echo Hill Farm Guest Suite

Come getaway to Echo Hill Farm, a traditional New England-style farm built in 1782. With a private entrance into the guest suite you can come and go as you please during your stay. Relax in the living room with a cup of coffee, while you watch fish jump in the pond behind the house. Centrally located, the mountains, the lakes region or the ocean are only an hour away from this quiet locale. There's even a farm-based Brewery 0.5 miles down the road with Pleasant Lake only 2.5 miles

The guest suite is part of the original house built in 1782. As such you can expect it to be very clean but also full of character (the wood floors are well worn, the door frames lean and there are aesthetic imperfections on the walls and ceiling). We aim to under-promise and over-deliver but you should know - this isn't a modern hotel, but that's why we like it. Still we can appreciate that it might not be for everyone.

*****also to note our house is attached to the guest suite and so there is potential for noise since we have 2 young kids

Best Stay in NH!

This trip to NH was absolutely wonderful and it's because of our host and the rental! We absolutely want to come back, it was a much better stay than our first time in NH in 2023... My husband and I stayed at the White Mountains and it was an awful experience.

Perfect Little Farmhouse!

The place was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for our stay! The bed was very comfortable which we appreciated. There’s nothing like sleeping in your own bed, but this one came pretty close! Super cozy and comfortable little farmhouse - we will definitely be staying here again!

A short escape from life

I booked this property with the intention of staying with two other friends. I was quite pleased to find that staying at this location was comfortable, clean and safe for a solo traveler. I'd easily return to this location and would recommend them to others looking for a quaint and charming place to stay.

First rate mountain guest home

Very quiet, easy to get to, very nicely furnished. AC worked very well on hot summer days. All the hot water we needed. Lovely view and wonderful people. Would cheerfully return. Thank you!

Quick Overnight Stay

We were in town for a small family wedding and had to fly out first thing the next morning so it was a very quick trip. Place was so charming and perfect for us and our 2 young boys. They loved the chickens and pigs. Everything was well appointed and having a living room plus 2 separate sleeping areas was ideal. So much better than staying at hotel but much more private than a traditional B&B. Would love to come back but stay longer next time!
