Located 600m from the town center of Noirmoutier on the island, this house can accommodate 2 families without problem. House completely renovated, with new bedding.
On the ground floor you will find 2 large bedrooms with many closets a bathroom wc and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor is more for children with 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each of them and plenty of storage space. You will also find a spacious bathroom with toilet and large storage. A last room dedicated to children as a playroom will delight children and parents. Finally the garden with terrace and plancha invites aperitifs prolonged with friends.

Maison bien rénovée et bien équipée. Petit espaces extérieur tres agréable. Petit bémol, nous avions 2 véhicules et tres peux ou pas de place pour se stationner devant la maison. Dommage aussi que les toilettes ne sont pas indépendante des salles de bains, plus compliqué quand nous sommes 8.

Très bon séjour, maison agréable et bien placée. Chambres et salles d’eaux sont spacieuses. Extérieur agréable seul bémol pour un parasol trop petit comparé à l’exposition et la superficie de la terrasse. Merci pour ce séjour!

Un agréable séjour.

Grande maison ( 5 chambres et 7 couchages), bien aménagée et bien décorée, agréable à habiter, assez proche du village de Noirmoutier - on y va facilement à pied. Seul inconvénient : la proximité d'une route très passante dans la journée.

un bon séjour

Parfait pour un séjour familiale, la maison offre toute les commodités et est très agréable. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Pour le séjour parfait, l'ajout de verrous dans les salles de bains et un peu plus de place sur la table à manger (un peu juste pour 10 personnes) aurait été le must !!

La maison était agréable et spacieuse, joliment décorée. Nous avons pu profiter du beau temps sur la terrasse On aurait apprécié une maison plus propre, un deuxième jeu de clés ainsi qu'un sèche-cheveux.
