Upon arrival you'll be greeted by the brand new modern kitchen and original 100 year old refinished hardwood floors. The quaint sitting area is perfect for taking a break from the days activities. Two private bedrooms with new comfortable bedding (1 king, 1 queen) and a brand new modern bathroom make this loft the perfect space for a trip to Louisville.

**PLEASE NOTE, APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET OF STAIR CLIMBING IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THIS UNIT**

***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for all stays of 14 nights or longer. We will send in our cleaning crew to tidy up with new towels, linens, restock supplies, etc. every 14th day of your stay. We will send a request for additional funds equal to the amount of the cleaning fee every 14th day.***

Great location but busy road

This spot is great for accessing the hot Bardstown Road area. You can easily walk to shops and restaurants. However, the trade off is loud traffic all times of day which can make getting a good nights rest difficult. The layout of the apartment is awkward the couch faces the hallway, the tv is on a wall that not furniture faces, and the dining table is in the office.

This property was perfect for our stay. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. There were even laundry supplies available for the washer/dryer. We did not actually need them, but I thought this was a great perk. Highly recommend the property and visiting this part of Kentucky!

Louisville getaway

My husband and I chose this VRBO based on its proximity to Cherokee park. We were able to walk to the walk fairly easily. The upstairs apartment met our needs and was as described online. We were satisfied.

Great place in Louisville

We stayed in the unit for four nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great with tons of restaurants within walking distance. A grocery store is also nearby. We were a ten minute drive from downtown Louisville. I would definitely consider this unit next time we are in Louisville.

Perfect location

Perfect location for dining, coffee shops and cocktails. Quick access to downtown. The apartment was spacious and clean. This will be our go to place to stay when we are back in the city.

Fun Family 40th Birthday Adventure

We rented this place for my cousins 40th birthday trip. Myself, my husband, my cousin and her husband. We enjoyed the area mid February. We explored distilleries, museums, food, and shopping. Great location for easy access to many different areas. Everything we needed close by and within this rental.

In town for a swim meet

The location was great for getting to the swim meet at Lakeside swim club. We didn't get to do much sightseeing because of the meet but did a couple of walks through Cherokee park and it was beautiful. Able to walk from the place to the park. There is a cat cafe very close that we checked out to look at kittens. 😁

Scouting Trip

Needed a base-camp in this area of the country. No prior connection/time in Kentucky. Chose Louisville, and this location - grateful I did. Clean and comfortable. Well located, about 1-2 miles from neat, fun restaurants and shops. Fun to tour through local neighborhoods. The unit is accessible only by stairway. Be ready if that is important.

Wonderful location in modern condo!

This was better than we could have expected! The place was extremely clean and well designed. Had everything we needed in terms of towels, kitchen, etc. Amazing location with lots of cute bars, coffee shops, and restaurants within short walking distance. Very short car ride to airport and downtown. And super communicative and gracious host. Will definitely look for this location if we are ever back in Louisville!

Accurate listing, well equipped clean new apartment in excellent location. Check in process was smooth with responsive communication throughout the stay. Our only issue was the oversized, heavy sleeping pillows; we had to use bath towels as pillows (they’re plush!). I would strongly recommend bringing a travel pillow.

Nice place

It’s a nice place with charm. It’s on a noisy street, which made sleeping harder. There were fewer amenities than I expected; no kettle to boil water, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner. My experience with VRBO led me to expect things like this in a rental.

Bourbon Trail

Nice property, close to most places in Louisville. The property is in third floor and the stairs are exposed outside. If you cannot take your suitcase up/down, reconsider.
