Hidden around the trees on a private land of 3,580 sq. m surrounded by living areas between the Chania town and the well known tourist area of Agia Marina - Platanias, our villa has the unique advantage which will make you feel that you are staying in the nature although you will be next to everything.
Facing towards the Cretan sea and only 1.5 km away from the sandy beach, the villa offers unspoiled views to the sea and full privacy.
Influenced by the steep hillside on which it sits, the villa combines traditional materials with an unconventional design, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children!
Enjoy tranquillity, comfort and luxuriousness in this exquisite and unique villa.
Totally isolated hidden in trees but also close to everything, the three-storey 400 sq. m villa manages to blend into the surroundings despite its minimalist design. It can accommodate 10 people in beds.
- The main house (sleeps 6)-
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 55” satellite HDTV, two indoor dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area leads you to the outdoor terrace. There is also a WC on the ground floor.
Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed. The master bed room has access to a large veranda with sitting area which offers breathtaking sea view and also it has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Another independent bathroom with bath and shower is also found on this floor.
-Lower Floor
A staircase from the living room area on the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. On this floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a kitchenette. This room also has a 60” HDTV plus home cinema. The lower floor also hosts a bathroom with shower.
All the beds in the villa can be set up either as 2 single beds or as a double bed.
- The separate studio
Our separate studio is located in front of the pool area. It has its own entrance and a bedroom with 2 single beds. It also contains a kitchenette, a sofa and a bathroom with shower.
- The gym house -
Next to the pool in the olive grove there is a wooden small house with air condition which contains the gym equipment and a bathroom with shower.
Our gym has a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment, stability balls, a fitness multifunctional apparatus and many more lighter equipment.
- Outdoor area -
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 40 sq. m swimming pool with pool alarm for child safety
- Fully equipped gas barbecue
- Two outdoor dining tables
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
