Martha’s Vineyard 2024

Great house! Spacious for a group of 4 but could accommodate 5 adults comfortably. My husband and I brought my 15 year old daughter and a friend and everyone had a place in the house for alone time. The landscaping is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

First time on the Bluff

Had a wonderful stay at the home. While on a busy road, the house sits back far enough that it feels like a little oasis. The interior of the home is modern with all of the necessary amenities. The host was very responsive to all needs (which were minimal). My only recommendation to future customers is to have a car as the home is not within walking distance of dowtowm Oak Bluff and finding taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts when a ferry arrives (which is frequent during tourist season) can take some time. However, this is not a problem unique to this home.

Very Nice house!

This house is relatively new and fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all new, high quality appliances, cooking equipment & even basic cooking supplies. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of new, high quality linens and towels. There are also many comfortable areas to sit inside and outside. The owners are also extremely responsive to any questions or issues. The house is well setback from the road and is very private. The front yard is very spacious and the back yard has a large patio surrounded with beautiful flower beds and is totally private. The only slightly negative aspect was the road out front gets busy at times which makes walking or biking a bit of a challenge. Overall this is a very nice house and we had a great stay.

Very well appointed new home in Oak Bluffs (great kitchen)

Very well decorated, clean, and just what you want for a family vacation. Outside area was great for grilling and proximity to Sailing Camp beach made for wonderful morning bike rides and fishing (swimming too). Outside shower and laundry area made everything convenient for dealing with sandy wet kids. Would definitely recommend. Hosts were very thoughtful and responsive.

The Perfect Place

This wonderful OB home for my family of four attributed to our perfect MV vacation. It was very clean and modern coupled with ease and simple elegance. Best of all was the open kitchen, living room and TV room — this flow allowed for the comfort of everyone while entertaining, cooking and eating our favorite MV foods. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio and varied sounds & view of the outdoor flowers, birds and pond - serenity! We definitely will return to this little slice of heaven in MV.

Our new favorite rental!

Our family of 4 (15 and 18 y/o children) enjoyed 3 weeks at this fabulous home. We have been renting on MV for over a decade and this home is our absolute favorite! We had room to gather as well as space to enjoy quiet time. Loved being so close to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and a very short 15 minute drive to Edgartown. Having beach and bath towels, beach chairs and bed linens available really made packing so much easier. The home was so comfortable and well-thought out, we did not miss anything from our own home except our dog! We will rent this home again.

Great property!

We loved our stay here. Very quiet location. The house is beautiful and worked very well for our group of 5 adults. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is upscale and has everything you would need. Grateful for beach chairs and beach towels that we didn't have to bring with us. Emily was very responsive and helpful!

Great clean modern home and awesome host!

I stayed here with my wife and parents, and everyone just loved it. The house is super clean and spacious with new appliances. We’ve been going to MV for many years and have rented a number of homes and Emily is by far the best host of them all. She was accommodating, hospitable and so responsive. We enjoyed our time here and highly recommend the home.
