Chic condo located in the heart of Montreal's trendiest neighborhood offers guests an incredibly unique and comfortable place to stay. This unit sleeps up to 16 guests and is ideal for large groups of friends and family, and includes a fully equipped open concept kitchen with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and a living room with 2 comfortable pull out couches (that can each sleep 2 guests). The space consists of 3 closed bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed (two single sized beds placed together), a second bedroom with two twin-sized beds, and lastly the third bedroom with two double-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom. Guests have the option of configuring the master bedroom as a king-sized bed, or as two single sized beds. Three full bathrooms offer a mix of standing showers and a bathtub and are all stocked with fresh towels, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bars, and face bars.
The private speakeasy area located in the downstairs area of the condo consists of a bar area, including glassware, a mini-fridge, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Additionally, the space includes a pool table, 65" 4K Smart TV, and 3 pull out couches (that can each comfortably sleep, 2 guests). NEW SHARED ROOF-TOP HOT TUB (restrictions apply).
The rooms that are advertised as “King bed” refers to 2 twin beds together which we prepare as a king.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you wish to have them separated.
Please note there's no elevator at the property, depending on your arrival time we will do our best to offer help bringing luggage to your room.

You are responsible for any disturbance coming from the unit during your stay.
* Parties are only allowed in the party room, gatherings in the lobby or common areas are not allowed, Party must be contained in the party room.
* Max occupancy of guests during the party or event is 30 people.- until 11:30 PM
* A $1850 fine will apply per night for any disturbance reported by neighbors.
* Please treat our place as if it is your own and govern yourself accordingly.
* If you use the kitchen, please do not leave any dirty dishes or glasses upon checkout.
* Please place garbage behind the building (accessible from the main floor).
* There is no smoking in the condo or party room, you can smoke outside and on the balconies. If the smoke detector turns positive after your departure, a smoking penalty of $150 will be charged on your security deposit.
* Late check-out penalty fee is $180 per hour (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event that it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00 am checkout since the cleaners must prepare the unit for the next guests.
*Guests will be required to provide ID upon arrival, and a security deposit of $1850.
Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Removing the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $1850 fine and will be removed from the property.
