This stunning penthouse is spread across two floors and offers spectacular views of Mount Royal from its location on the 3rd floor. It includes a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, dining area and living area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two guests. The property features two bedrooms, with each one furnished with a king-sized bed that is prepared by pushing two twin-sized beds together. Guests have the option to separate the beds into two single beds upon prior request. Each bedroom is adorned with fresh, high-quality cotton sheets and plush duvets. The property also offers a luxurious bathroom that is fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bars, and face bars in addition to a powder toom which is attached to one of the bedrooms.
Guests will have access to laundry appliances within the condo along with laundry detergent. The private rooftop terrace offers a BBQ and patio furniture (seasonal) and a private hot tub that is available year-round.
Please note that while the advertised beds are king-sized, they are actually two twin-sized beds pushed together to form a king-sized bed. The default setting for these beds is a king, but guests can request to have them separated into two single beds upon prior notice.

* Please treat our place as if it is your own and govern yourself accordingly.
* If you use the kitchen, please do not leave any dirty dishes or glasses upon checkout.
* Please put garbage in the alleyway on a daily basis. There are designated garbage bins.
* There is no smoking in the apartment, you can smoke outside and on the balconies. should there be any signs of smoke after your departure including the smell of smoke, a smoking penalty of $350 will be charged on your security deposit.
* Late check-out penalty fee is $150 per hour (without notice). Please advise me if you want to enjoy late checkout. In the event that it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00 am checkout since the cleaners must prepare the unit for the next guests.
*Guests will be required to provide ID and security deposit of $1000 upon arrival.
Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
