No smoking or vaping inside the property. A smoking fee of $350 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

No parties or events are allowed on the property without prior consent from the hosts.

Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. A disturbance fee of $500 per affected night will be charged for noise disturbance.

Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed for the property.

No pets are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the hosts.

Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, with all furniture and amenities intact.

Please do not move any furniture or appliances without prior consent from the hosts.

Please use the provided trash bins and recycling bins appropriately.

Please turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioning/heating when leaving the property.

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Late check-out fees of $150 per hour will be charged for every hour past the designated check-out time of 11 am.

Home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Removing or tampering with the decibel monitor will result in a full security deposit loss.

Please report any damages or issues immediately to the hosts.

Any violation of these rules may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit and/or immediate termination of your stay without refund.
