Entspannter Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr gut. Sehr angenehme Person. Das große eingezäunte Grundstück war toll, wir sind mit Hund unterwegs gewesen.Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, Ausstattung der Küche vor allem , genug Platz für unsere große Gruppe. Das einzige was vielleicht verbessert werden könnte, die Gartenmöbel bzw. Paar Gartenstühle oder die Sitzbänke..

Super Séjour!

Nous venons de passer 15 jours de vacances dans cette villa magnifique, tout était parfait pour des vacances réussies: la piscine chauffée dans laquelle les enfants ont passé des heures, l’emplacement à 5-10 minutes à vélo du centre ville de Château d’Oleron, et à 15 minutes de vélo des plages de l’Ouest où nous avons pu surfer. La maison est confortable et spacieuse, et le jardin très grand et très agréable. Séjour parfait!

Wonderful family holiday

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks this summer, during which four of our five children, two of our three grandchildren and my 83-year old mother came out to join us for several, often overlapping, days at a time - very easy for them to come and go either by car (ferry from uk) or flying to La Rochelle (then a quick passenger ferry ride to the island - much quicker than driving to the mainland to pick them up!) It was a wonderful family experience as the house has plenty of space both inside and out, and is perfectly situated close to town, beaches, port, supermarkets etc. The swimming pool is safe, clean and was the highlight for the small children, and on the island there are lots of safe cycle paths (perfect for small children to get to the beach), beautiful craft shops, lovely restaurants etc. In the house the kitchen is large and really well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable and Mathieu left everything very clean for our arrival. The garden is great for kids to run around in, and our grandsons enjoyed feeding the next-door goat. Our two cocker spaniels also had a great holiday :) The photos of the house on the Vrbo website could do with some updating as the property has obviously been well used since they were taken, but it was fine for us. Mathieu was an excellent host, leaving us to get on with things but there if we needed anything. We’d happily go there again.

Trés agréable séjour, logement conforme à l'annonce. Mathieu hote serviable et disponible. Logement parfait pour 10 personnes, extérieur avec piscine et terrain arboré. A 10mn du centre ville et 20mn en vélo de la plage de Vert Bois.

Agréable et spacieuse maison

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, parfaitement équipée (nécessaire de cuisine et salle de bain, tout y est, c'est parfait). Très grand jardin, agréable piscine, fermée par une barrière tout autour. 1 salle de bain indépendante. 1 WC indépendant. 1 autre salle de bain/WC dans la suite parentale. Mathieu est très accueillant, réactif et disponible avant et pendant tout le séjour. Voiture nécessaire pour rejoindre supermarchés, boulangerie, plages, lieux animés, etc

Magnifique maison

Oléron à 10 !

Merci à Mathieu pour son accueille et sa disponibilité, nous avons passé 8 jours dans une grande maison très fonctionnelle avec de beaux volumes pour être à l'aise à 10 plus un Chien! Il n'y a plus qu'à poser les valises tout est là pour passer un bon séjour au calme et au vert. Très grand jardin et belle piscine chauffée, l'accès au centre ville et aux plages se font en vélo en grande partie par la piste cyclable ! Un petit bémol pour la terrasse qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et éviter les echardes sous les pieds🤣 Je recommande cette location sans hésiter !

Beautiful house

We stayed here for a two week family holiday. We were 8 adults and a baby and we all had plenty of space. The house is beautiful and has a lovely garden with a fenced pool, vegetable patch and great outdoor seating areas. The kitchen is very well equipped. Mathieu was very helpful and friendly through out our stay and I would highly recommend the house.

Superbe maison !

Cette maison est simplement parfaite. Grande Cuisine, grand salon, grand jardin, grande piscine. Un petit potager rempli de bonnes choses pour se nourrir. Mathieu, le propriétaire, est disponible et arrangeant. N'hésitez plus, c'est cette maison qu'il vous faut !
