Fantastic location between *Bala & Gravenhurst* in the heart of the Muskoka Lakes! Sunsets! Deep, crystal clear water & a lake view from EVERY window! I promise you wont want to leave! Incredible, fully re-modelled living space with a cozy fireplace for cooler nights. From laundry, wifi, swimming off the dock or enjoying an evening cocktail - you'll have no reason to leave! If your preference is the cooler months not to worry - easy access to the Trans Canada trails for snowmobiling or walking with the dog! Ice fishing or hockey - you can do it all!
* Public Boat launch is 5 minutes from this cottage - easy access to launch.
* Lots of great Pubs & Shopping very close by, Try Clear Lake for diner & drinks OR an day at the infamous beer spa! Spend a day out in Bala or Port Carling for a day of shopping and great restaurants!
* Winter time - easy access to snowmobile trails, ice fishing, cross country skiing and feel free to use the lake as your very own ice rink!
* 1013 Eckford is located on a quiet dead end road, Panoramic views of Nine Mile Lake!
* You MUST try Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream at the Marina store while you're here!!
