The master bedroom has a king bed, guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and the living room has a large sectional queen sofa sleeper and 2 new swivel rockers. The unit is freshly painted, has new linens and mattresses, and has custom blackout drapes on all of the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. New custom shower and new LVP is throughout the condo. There is an open-concept floor plan with large living room open to the dining room and kitchen.
The complex offers a large outdoor pool, outdoor grills, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball and a sand volleyball court. Nearby restaurants, shopping, 8 mile walking/bike path, fishing, golf and fun for everyone. New beachside coffee shop/cafe/bar on property! ☕️

Close walk to beach, Nice accommodations

We had a great time on a short trip over spring break. The condo is very clean and well kept. We felt really comfortable and restful in this condo. We recommend this location for its proximity and access to the private beach.

Seaside Sun, Sand and Snow

We are a retired couple that stayed January thru March. January and February there were very few tourists. We had the area to ourselves. Weather was very pleasing even with 4 inches of snow one day. All in all it was an awesome experience.

The place to stay while in Florida!!!

The property and condo was amazing!!! The check in process was streamlined and stress free!!! The walk to the beach is five minutes or less!!! Restaurants are in walking distance!!! The property offers all the things pool, tennis court, sand volleyball, and basketball!!! Perfect for teenagers!!! Angie was easily available with any questions you may have! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Perfect!!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location too! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided as well. Angie was a wonderful host with great communication. Our family is already planning our next trip!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean. The location was great. The owner communicated well. There was a sign on the door to the entrance of the build that asked guest not to come in wet. That is difficult to do when you have 3 small children and 3 other people and not many towels to dry off with. I was not aware prior to booking the place that they did not want you to come in wet. Also, we had to take dirty clothes home because there is no washer and dryer in the unit.

Beautiful and spacious. Very close to Miramar beach and cafes. Seamless check in/out and parking processes. Nice area on Scenic Drive. Would definitely stay again!

Had some extra touches that were really nice. (Fan, makeup towels as examples…). Beach is really nice and enjoyed the beach chairs. Wish the washer and dryer were in unit and not coin operated.

Very Clean

I travel often and cleanliness is very important to me. It's often hard to find accomodations that feel clean in high traffic locations. This condo is definitely very clean. The short walk to the beach is nice also, especially since we didn't have to load up the kids. It's very convenient if anything is needed to be a short walk away. Will stay again.

If you are looking for a family friendly property in Destin that’s close to the beach and clean, don’t look any farther! We truly enjoyed our stay. Friendly and responsive host with easy check in/out. The black out curtains were a great bonus especially with the high temps in August. Highly recommended!!

Family Vacation, first time to Destin

This was our first time in Destin, and it was fantastic! The property was just as described! Angie was very responsive whenever we needed anything, which was minimal at that! We were met with mini bottles of bubbly too!! The location was perfect, yes it’s not right on the beach but the walk is minimal and the main areas of the property is cleaned daily. The pool is a nice feature as well when you need a break from the beach! We did bring our own inflatable bed because our son hates pull out beds, and there was plenty of room for it in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice for when we ate in, though we almost got a cookie sheet for the condo, but ran out of time as we had trouble making garlic bread and cinnamon rolls, but we did manage! Would definitely stay again, though not in the heat of July!! Haha! Thanks again Angie!

Wonderful condo!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and spacious. It is in a beautiful location and just a few minutes walk out to the beach. It is also close to lots of restaurants within just a few minutes drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful for us. Loved how easily accessible it is to walk the area with all the sidewalks. The beach here was absolutely breathtaking and Angie, the owner, was so great to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental and we hope to go back! ❤️

Angie is a fantastic hostess! Communication was quick and easy. Her condo is beautiful and immaculate and the location is ideal. Beach access is directly across from the property sidewalk. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. We would absolutely choose this condo for our next trip!

Good location, great communication, flexibility with hurricane.

Angie was very flexible as hurricane Ian decided to start heading towards Florida right as we were going to begin driving from Indiana. She understood that we didn't want to risk the hurricane changing course and disrupting our trip. She prioritized getting us re-booked at a later date for no extra charge. We took the trip 3 weeks later than planned, which happened to be over Halloween. She gave us the tip to bring the kid's costumes because of trick or treating opportunities. So fun! We definitely made memories. The beach access was close by (we made sure to bring a wagon, which made getting our family and our junk to and from the beach much easier). I do wish the pool was heated as we were there at the end of fall, but because it wasn't my kids were the only ones silly enough to swim, so it was as if it was private! The unit was clean and well decorated. And very comfortable.

Incredible stay!

My two teen daughters and I took a 5-nighter to Destin for Spring Break and stayed in Angie’s beautiful condo. It was incredibly clean and homey. The complex itself is in an excellent location and is well-maintained. Just a short walk through the parking lot and across the street to get to the beach. Several restaurants close by. Destin is absolutely beautiful and we will be back again!

What an amazing place to stay!

We will be back! For starters, Angie was the most amazing host! She was so attentive and she never made me feel like I was bugging her with questions. This was our first time in Destin and she really helped so much. Then the condo…😍 it is stunning! Extremely clean and the decor looks like a model condo! It was very relaxing to be in a beautiful environment. We met some of the people from the condo building. Some of them were the owners and some were renters. Everyone was a pleasure to be around. We chatted on the beach as well! It is such a great environment! Overall our time was wonderful. We were deciding between staying off of 30A and Destin…we will be coming back to Destin and definitely staying here again! So thankful!

Destin Vacation

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo, pool, beach, and the location. The area was very nice and a short drive to everything. The beach was beautiful and it was really nice having the chairs and umbrella. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed and Angie, the host, was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had. If we visit Destin again, we would definitely stay here again.
