Rundum gut, mit Kritikpunkten

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern und dementsprechend schön und recht sauber. Jedoch mussten wir eine Kaution zahlen, von der wir vorher nicht erfahren haben und die Wohnung lag in einem Haus, was ziemlich alt und ungepflegt war. Das Treppenhaus und die Flure rochen äußerst streng. Die Vermietern war jedoch nett und bemüht.

Appréciation de cette location.

L’appartement est bien, mais ATTENTION le parquet est en bois et la propriétaire à très peur qu’il soit abîmé, même par des goutes d’eaux. Laissez votre parapluie à l’entrée. En rentrant dans l’appartement, exigez un état des lieux très sérieux, sinon vous risquez d’avoir des problèmes à la sortie. Les poubelles des locataires précédents n’étaient pas vidées, et la propriétaire, sympa d’apparence nous a fait le reproche d’avoir abîmé le parquet sous à poubelle de cuisine, alors que tout était parfait quand nous avons rendu l’appartement. Elle nous a fait une crise au téléphone après. Très décevant.

Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons pour sûr! Hôte adorable et à l’écoute. L’appartement est très bien aménagé et super bien situé! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement très propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel et magnifique d’où l’on peut apercevoir la mer. Literie de qualité. A deux pas de la plage et des commerces. Hôte très accueillante et disponible, nous recommandons cette location.

Agréable au final

Appartement bien placé, très propre, équipé de beaux mobiliers et matériaux. Les propriétaires insistent bien sur plusieurs recommandations, du coup, on hésite presque à se détendre, par peur de salir ou tâcher. Bon couchage, mais petit bémol, c'est dans le canapé, dans le séjour car pas de chambre. Nous avons malgré cela passé un bon week-end.

Exactement ce que nous espérions 😊

L'appartement de Sophie est très agréable, spacieux, propre, équipé et aménagé avec goût, juste ce que nous espérions. Les rangements sont un atout aussi. La proximité de la plage, thalasso et centre ville est très appréciable, d'autant plus qu une place de parking est prévue, la nôtre n'a pas bougé du we. Une très belle expérience avec une hôtesse très sympa, merci Sophie ! A la prochaine 😉

Charmant et bien placé

Très bon séjour dans ce studio aménagé avec goût, clair et au calme. La plage et la promenade de Bénodet sont à deux pas. Accueil sympathique dont je remercie mon hôte qui a été attentive à ce que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour que tout se passe bien.

Magnifique studio pour de superbes vacances à Benodet!

Un studio magnifique décoré avec goût, une résidence calme à deux pas de la mer et du centre ville, un accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire font de ce studio un très agréable lieu de vacances que je recommande. Superbe!
