Fantastic-Location in center of Lisbon-Wi-fi, Lift.

It is on the fourth floor. The elevator gives access to the garage below the building, with parking for one car.

The flat has a living room with a big sofa bed, dining table for four, International TV and free wifi Internet: the windows are double-glazed.
There is a bedroom with a double bed - sheets and towels are provided.
There is a bathroom with a tub and shower and the kitchen is fully equipped.

This apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and extremely well situated. It is just a few minutes walk to the metro, tram 15 which goes to Belem and starts from the next square Praca da Figuera, tram 28 which stops on the opposite side of the Praca Martin Monez, and Rossio station from where you can get a train to Sintra.

Great location
Our flight to Lisbon had been delayed by 3 hours and even though we did not make it to the apartment till 7:30 on a wet and cold evening Fabiola was there waiting for us with a warm welcome.This apartment was very central to everything - including the Funicular, Train and Tram stops. We enjoyed the view up to the Castle of an evening and as the week we stayed turned out to be quite wet and cold we came to appreciate coming in of an evening to such a warm and cosy apartment. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in Lisbon and to recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect location but quite noisy.
The location was great. The apartment well presented.Walking distance to nearly everything of importance. Metro line and trams nearby, even tram 28. Lots of choice for restaurants and cafes. A great fish place Solar 31, and really good Nepalese within a 1 minute walk. However the trams, buses and people were noisy, though it all quietened down by midnight.

Great location! Wonderful apartment!
Everything about this rental unit was wonderful. Access to the popular areas of Old Town, the rail and metro stations, grocery stores and restaurants is extremely easy. Our only concern was the noise from the street below, sometimes after midnight - but we would still go back for all the other reasons.

Lisboa is fantastic
Clean and comfortable. Close to most of the must see places in Lisbon. We walked every where including to Belem although that might be a bit much for some people. The area is noisy which did not surprise us because it is in the middle of the city.

Location, location, location
Our primary reason for staying here was the Christmas markets and we were not disappointed! They were mere minutes away as are so many Lisbon sites. We had five glorious days of walking. I do have a couple of caveats though. We are an older couple and we had been travelling for several weeks so probably had more luggage than most. As such we specifically wanted a place with an elevator. Technically there are elevators here but in order to get to the one that takes you to your floor you must walk down into the garage. Probably not an issue for younger folk but not ideal for us. Secondly there is no way this apartment is 861 sq ft and the listing should be changed to reflect the truth. I would say at most the apartment is 500 sq. ft. Fine for two people but no more. Lastly, the bed is quite low to the ground. Again, not a big deal for most but a caution if you have any aging issues. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a good jumping off point for seeing Lisbon.

The hosts gave us a lovely greeting and provided us with valuable information on Lisbon and local restaurants. The building was secure in an excellent location. In addition the apartment was extremely clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. Of note, the property was easy to access for people who are mobility challenged. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Management, Uncomfortable Location
Owner and property manager were great - very responsive and welcoming. They even left us a bottle of wine - a nice touch indeed. Unit was very nice - clean and spacious. The only negative was the location. While it was logistically convenient, the area was a bit uncomfortable. Inside the unit, we felt completely safe. Outside, however, there was loitering, begging, and litter (broken beer bottles and cigarette butts). We felt uncomfortable going out after dark. And, even during the day, we found ourselves looking for the best route to and from the apartment.

Excellent location!
Very servicable, practical place. The amenities aren't lux, but the location is great. Can be loud. If you aren't used to city noise-sirens, buses, loud people all night long-bring earplugs!

The property was very nice and extremely clean. We found the location to be a little less than ideal. While the property was extremely secure, the surrounding location wasn't as nice as I expected. It was within walking distance to very nice areas though. The price was pretty good and the parking available was reasonable. And, the view of the castle was very nice, especially at night. So, it was a decent place to stay.

Had an overall great visit. Only thing missing was air conditioning which was an oversight on our end. Having to keep windows open was not ideal given the lively crowds in the plaza and constant emergency vehicles at night.

We stayed at the apartment for 3 days in August. Pros: The location and proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, metro, tram and landmarks was fantastic. Very convenient. The apartment was small but with all the necessary items for a quick visit to Lisbon. The washer was very convenient. The view of the castle was a nice bonus as well. Cons: One thing we really needed were more pillows for sleeping. There were two for the bedroom but none for the pull out couch except for the decorative ones. Checking in was interesting to say the least. Although we were able to get in early which was very helpful, we had to go to a parking garage to get on an elevator which happened to be broken. From there we went to another elevator and had to go up two at a time due to weight limitations. The apartment was very warm. Two fans were provided. One of which Was a “cooling” fan which didn’t work as intended. During the day we were very uncomfortable. In the evening we opened all the windows and the apartment was comfortable. Unfortunately, it is so incredibly noisy at night from people and cars below, that you cannot leave the windows open. So we did not sleep well since we like to sleep in a cool room. If you like air conditioning, this apartment will be tough to be in if you go in the summer. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

Overall Mixed
Overall, fairly mixed experience in the flat. Central location, but none too salubrious area, which meant entering and exiting flat was’t always pleasant. Flat would be fine for two, though rather expensive for what it was, but very cramped for four, and sofabed very uncomfortable, flat hot and noisy - right next to the fire station. Electrics rather dodgy and kept switching off, and main lift broken, which meant pull up steep steps with luggage was tricky. Having said that, if you’re looking for a bolt hole in central Lisbon then the property is right in the centre, which is the trade off.

Great location....however
Ill start of by saying the property is as advertised, it is clean, and we were very happy with it. The view of the castle was great. Very close to 2 metro stations. However, the neighborhood (Martim Moniz) is a little shabby. The streets are somewhat dirty and the park across the street is run down with some homeless. Again, it is manageable and we felt safe the whole time. It was just not the prettiest location. On the other hand, it is very close to nicer areas like Rossi and Barrio Alto. If we were to come to Lisbon again, we may look at Barrio Alto instead.
