Deluxe Themed Villa Near Disney with Mario Bros. & Princess Castle Bedrooms

This luxuriously decorated (6) Bedroom Villa with private pool and Jacuzzi is elegant, spacious and FUN!!

Accommodating up to 14 people, this professionally designed Villa will accommodate your every need.

The Palms Villa is designed with an open plan layout we call “The Great Room”. It includes a gourmet designer kitchen, dining area and comfy living room overlooking your very own heated pool and patio deck.

Our large gourmet designer kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, cutlery and glassware. Leading off from the kitchen, is the dining area with a modern and elegant dining table seating for (8) that is bright and light overlooking patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

Master King Bedroom - A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room with a large closet, dresser and (2) night tables. Our Master King has a 50” flat screen TV with cable. A stunning, spacious exclusive bathroom with double vanity unit, relaxing tub and shower accompanies this room.

Master Bedroom 2 - Tastefully decorated with inviting yellow and white colors, this large Master en-suite has a Queen size bed, great closet space and flat screen TV with cable.

Master Bedroom 3 - Decorated with peaceful and tasteful light green colors and accents, this cozy Master en-suite has a Full size bed, great closet space and flat screen TV with cable.

Queen Bedroom 4 - A posh and inviting bedroom decorated on trend and tasteful light violet color, this lovely room has a Queen size bed, large closet and dresser with flat screen TV and cable.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 - These Twin bedrooms are themed to Mario Bros. and your very own Princess Castle. Your kids will absolutely love sleeping here. The connecting bathroom is themed to Nemo and all his friends.

The Family Living Room is furnished with a soft leather sectional sofa with plenty of seating for the whole family . Watch movies on the 65” Flat Screen Smart TV with cable.

The huge Game Room has a beautiful blue velvet Billiard (Pool) table, Air Hockey & Foosball tables and Galaga Arcade.

We have a washing machine/dryer room, a vacuum cleaner, iron with ironing board, a portable crib, high chair and kitchen baby utensils available for your convenience.

Outside in the back of our Villa, the extensive lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the extended pool deck. Here you can relax on the pool lounges while you enjoy a cool drink and our delightful pool. There are tables and chairs for your snacks and BBQ’s. The beautiful pool and Jacuzzi can be heated upon request for an additional fee.

Clean Property with Super Responsive Owner; Perfect Family Spot +++

Joel is a very helpful, responsive owner! Check in was very easy and the home was spotless. Well stocked and every detail was thought of. The pool and hot tub was very clean and a unique touch is the separate hot tub. Heat temp on pool and hot tub was perfect. It had amazing artwork on the bedroom walls that made the theming inviting for our kids. Great family spot! It’s a must book for any family. We will be back!

Beautiful home and location

Property was as shown. Very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic with no issues. The game room was used every day by all ages. The property manager Joel was awesome and was quick to respond to any questions. The only thing I would change if it was my home would be 3 king size beds instead of 1.

Good Family Vacation

Great House, Phenomenal Host

This deluxe villa is a great house with a great location and perhaps the best host we’ve ever had for a rental home. Joel was proactive, prompt with replies, and accurate in all his statements and recommendations. The location of the home is great for a staycation rental or for any of the Orlando area parks and attractions. The home was spacious, exactly as listed, and very clean. Joel’s check in was super simple, check out/cleaning protocols were easy to meet. Our only issues (all extremely minor) were clearly residual effects from less respectful past renters. Can’t endorse this rental property highly enough!

Family Fun

Very clean place. Great for golfers

A couple of the guys did not like the single beds. However, the big beds were great. Great place to stay, hot tub was perfect temp.

Large group family vacation

Joel was a great host! He is prompt with responding and anticipating your groups needs. I felt like i was talking to a family friend. The home was exactly how it was pictured online. It was Christmas and he still responded in a timely fashion and wasn't overbearing. The checkin and out process was laid out well. This was my 2nd time in the complex but a totally different experience I will definitely book with joel and will recommend him to everyone I know. Bonus was the 2nd refrigerator and toys. Truly a home away from home.

Holidays in Orlando Area

This was a very nice property, with plenty of room to accommodate some unusual needs, including elderly relatives with limited mobility. Because of our busy schedule during the week, we didn't really take advantage of the amenities on the property or in the house, but the accommodations suited our needs. Renters in nearby homes were very loud and Orlando area traffic to the parks was bad, but those factors are outside our (and the property owner's) control, reflecting the time of year and Disney's 50th Anniversary year. Joel was very communicative and responsive to all questions/issues during the week. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!

From start to finish our stay and accommodations were above a 5 star rating! The personal attention and quick response from the owner went above and beyond our expectations. The owner made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the warm pool, ping pong table, pool table and the gaming systems. We dealt directly with the owner who gave us personal attention and not a management company. We were extremely pleased and really enjoyed our getaway.

From start to end the experience was wonderful. The beds, linen and pillows were extremely comfortable which is Traditionally an issue when you rent somewhere. The host was amazing and corresponded with everything that was needed. Bedrooms were all good sizes.

Probably my best experience ever!

Location is ideal. House was super clean, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious, and homey. Kitchen was stocked better that my own home! We also had all our Kosher needs met. Joel was super responsive and communicated on a regular basis. There was a personal touch that was really unexpected and greatly appreciated. Joel made sure that everything we needed was there, and we new where to find it all. Had zero issues! I am not the type to gush, but this experience was unique.

Wonderful Experience

Our time at Champions Gate in Orlando FL was simply amazing, from the first moment we stepped in to our home it was beautiful, Clean and remarkable. My family and I will definitely be using Vrbo in finding homes again because this was simply just breath taking. Very spacious and kitchen was fully equipped with any and everything. Bathrooms were clean and spotless also having a TV in each room was a great addition. The pool was simply beautiful and having it heated was a great experience also. My family and I give this place 10/10 4 stars it was simply perfect!!!

Home away from home.

My family and I stayed at this property during the New Year holidays. The home is very beautiful and spacious. My family consisted of 12 individuals and we all had room to move around comfortably. Everyone enjoyed their stay and was pleased with the home. The home had all the amenities that were presented in the pictures. In addition, the neighborhood has a community club, which is in walking distance of the home. We all enjoyed the club and the relaxation. To concluded, Mr. Joel (owner) was very polite and extremely helpful in booking the home. He responded to my needs in a timely manner. Our stay was an enjoyable one. I highly recommend this property and I plan to book it again on our next trip.

Wonderful Family Vacation 2019

My family and I stayed here during the Christmas holidays 2019, and we had a wonderful time in this home and on the property. The home was well equipped to meet the needs of our family of 11. The owners are pleasant and prompt in their response to our texts. We would love to stay here again.
