This place was in a great neighborhood. We spent a lot of time away from the property. The city is very bike-able and the neighborhood was walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and even grocery stores. There are great parks nearby to enjoy as well. As for the property itself, Aaron was great to work with, super nice and responsive.
I did find the cleanliness of the unit a little sub-par. Notable cons were pink mold growing in the corners of the shower, visible dirt on the floors and counter tops when we arrived, and pillows on the couch were visibly soiled as well. This was a shock due to all of the other rave reviews we read.
The unit is smaller than what the pictures show but for two people it was doable. Any more than two people and the space would be cramped.
The pros of the unit was the modern appeal, appliances, great kitchen, loved the A/C and window blinds that did a good job of blocking out light. Other than the fireworks for the 4th of July the neighborhood was very quiet. The location felt very safe and the vibes were good.
The check was easy and getting in and out of the property was great with an electronic keypad. All in all the property was good and we enjoyed our stay.
