Beautiful Carriage House Apartment - Centrally located right near downtown!

This wonderful, carriage house is ideally located in the heart of Colorado Springs. Just outside downtown, and only minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Memorial Park and much more. Whether you're looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, this carriage house would love to be called your home away from home!

The central location of this unit means that you have quick and easy access to anything you might need during your stay. We're just less than 1 mile from central downtown and only 4 blocks from Memorial Hospital, making it ideal for traveling nurses and interns*. Also, just across the street is a wonderful local Coffee House.
*Additional discounts for nurses and other medical first responders.
The carriage house is bright, clean, modern and very comfortable - right down to the big fuzzy rug. It's quiet, private and comes equipped with everything we could think of that you would need for the perfect stay, whether working from home or on vacation.
Located above a separate garage with an Alley Entrance and its own Private Parking (Next to Unit).
Note: The garage door does not go up and down between 10pm-8am. Original host of this property was a nurse, but current host is not.

1 Queen Bed /1 Full Convertible Couch (Accommodates 4 total)

Check out is at 11:00am on the final day of your stay unless negotiated otherwise.

You are welcome to share the backyard, patio sitting and table area, 2 gas fire pits and Weber barbecue grill. We respect your privacy - Hosts do not use shared spaces while in use by guests. :)

Thoughtful Host/Amazing Stay

This is one of the most thoughtful hosts. There was a pleasant welcome, thorough communications and notes. The property was fully furnished, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a binder with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. It was conveniently located to the Olympic Training Center. We will definitely stay here again.

In Town Getaway

The carriage house was well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was quiet and location was close to many things to do in town. Jody made our stay very enjoyable.

Jodi and Roger's place was very private, quiet, very clean, had everything we needed. There is nothing missing. Some nice personal touches were welcoming. It is very well located, but you do need a car. We definitely recommend this place.

The best place yet!

This was by far our best experience on VRBO. Jodi was so kind and made the process so easy. The carriage house was amazing! Every single thing we could possibly need was there. It made our trip so relaxing and great. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are interested in exploring central Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, & Manitou Springs this is the perfect location. The Carriage House also has easy accessibility to I25. You can explore and/or cocoon in an incredibly clean & relaxing environment. Awesome environment to rejuvenate in.

Yes, you should stay here. It’s better than advertised!

Let me save you the rabbit hole of reviews: you should book this property! Convent location to everything. ✅ Clean and very comfortably appointed. ✅ Perfect space for 2-4 people, king bed and pull out couch. ✅ All necessities are provided; shampoo and conditioner; staples, spices, coffee, and every pot/pan/utensil you could need in the kitchen; games and puzzles in the living room. ✅ The world is a big place, so why visit somewhere more than once? Because Jodi & Roger provide an exceptional home base to explore the area. Two of our bucket list items were unavailable this trip: we couldn’t summit Pile’s Peak because of snow, and the Air Force Academy’s Cadet Chapel is under construction. We’ll be back in 2027, and I will contact Jodi first for our accommodations.

Wonderful place

I was a little suspicious of a property with near perfect 5-star reviews, but after staying here I see why. It's very nice and thoughtfully put together. Everything a person could need (including snacks) was provided. Jodi and Roger couldn't be nicer people. I'll absolutely stay here again when I can.

Amazing apartment

It was such a great apartment. It was super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. When the fire alarm lost its battery during my stay the response time was within 10 minutes. Jodi was so nice. I this this is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are coming for an externship/internship.

Early Fall Trip

We came to stay early oct and Jodi was an amazing host and the property was excellent being 5 minutes away from literally everything. House was very well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Definitely recommend to anybody looking to visit as we are absolutely thinking of returning :)
