BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Great Location!

This unit is all about location. Walking distance to great restaurants, general store , and coffee! Any issue we had was handled immediately by the management , which was extremely helpful. I look forward to staying here again, in the far far future. Wishing the residents of Maui the best. Our heart is with you.

Family Reunion

We were in this condo for almost a month and found it very comfortable. I liked the location, it was close to the pool which we really liked, it was very well equipped and we loved that it had a wagon that we could use to take things to and from the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Did it’s job

I booked this property a little less than a month in advance in a bind so I think given that we booked rather short notice, I was just happy to find a place to stay. This was my first time in Maui and I came to relax due to a death in the family, so location wise this property was great. The things that took away from that relaxation were the insects/animals that found their way into the unit (ant infestation in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as a baby lizard), as well as the towels that had slight stains on them. Overall it was an okay stay, but next time I’m opting for a hotel. Not mad about the stay but definitely happy to check out.

The Maui Eldorado suite was fantastic. Great condo with everything we needed, perfect location.

The condo was much larger than expected so we had tons of space. It was quiet and peaceful. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the patio was lovely for morning coffee/ breakfast. We really appreciated having beach chairs and towels - we took the chairs everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect - just far enough from touristy areas to avoid noise and large crowds, but it was also walking distance from whalers village (shops and restaurants). It was also an easy walk to both Kahekili and Kaanapali beach.

Great little family spot

We have stayed at the Eldorado before. This condo is spacious. Not any special view from lanai and areas that were not cleaned well before we checked in. Parking at Eldorado can be frustrating too. Overall was very accommodating for our family. Had everything we needed like extra chairs and boogie boards. And was a super plus to have 2 bathrooms with our kids!!!

Lovely, spacious condo and ideal location

The process was smooth, the condo was ideal (slightly dated but totally fine) with 2 bathrooms and enough privacy for teen boys and parents to live in harmony for a week. Enjoyed the overall Maui El Dorado property too - pool, shuffle board, bbq area. Able to walk or be carted to beach was great. And we were close to covenience stores and the Whaler’s village, location was ideal. Our Jeep didn’t fit in the parking garage (low entrance but that was figured out quickly with other parking alternatives. That was really only hiccup. Highly recommend the property and this particular condo. We stayed in Kihei before in another high quality condo and this location in Kaanapali is a really special experience.

Much better than expected

The pictures on VRBO were not great, so I was a little concerned that it would be very small. I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was much better than I expected. Great area. There is a small strip mall across the street that has coffee, and a small market. The beach cabana is awesome, and lastly it is closers to whaler’s village shopping that my family loved. For the price, this rental was everything we needed.

Good experience. I think there was something wrong with the AC it would make very loud bangs and wake us up throughout the night. The front desk lady was extremely rude too. But other than that it was a perfect location and a great unit with awesome amenities

Eldorado was everything we wanted

For our first time in Hawaii, Maui's Eldorado hit every mark for us! Spacious, well maintained room that was so cozy for my husband and I. It had all the amenities we needed for beach days. Beach towels, chairs, a small umbrella, body board, and even a snorkle set! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept great after all of our busy days. The pools on property were relaxing and warm to swim in the evenings. The cart ride provided from lobby to cabana was so convenient for hauling us and our group's stuff to and from the beach day after day. We absolutely will stay here again next time we're in Maui!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Had a fabulous vacation while enjoying Maui ElDorado D-106. All the essentials were provided and can’t say enough about the actual resort property. Access to private beach, general store and coffee shop across the street, complimentary golf cart rides when needed, swimming pool steps out our door. Our group of five adults dependent on king bed plus use of two sofa beds. Wish someone could design a comfortable sofa bed. Our unit was older and had shown wear and tear. Was in need of a DEEP cleaning but overall, met our needs. We spent very little time in the condo and most often, were at the pool or beach. We would definitely rent again and hope to be back soon. Thank you Maui! We love you🌸🌸🌸

Good place to stay in Kaanapali without the 'resort' prices

The location is right by black rock right in-between all the 'resorts', but so much more laid back. It was a quick walk to the beach, to Whalers for shopping and dining. And while the place as a whole needs some updates, for the price and amenities, we were able happy with our stay.

Maui Eldorado D-106 is a very nice property in a very nice location. Perfect for a couple or family.

Excellent property, excellent location, managed by an excellent team. Our experience was very pleasant, with no problems and no issues. The communications from the property manager were very responsive and very informative. The views from the terrace are very pleasant, and both pools are just a few steps away. The short walk or golf cart ride (provided) are very pleasant. Easy and close access to the Kaanapali beaches, restaurants and shopping, and nicely removed from the bustle of those amenities so you can enjoy both the amenities and quiet time on the property terrace.

Comfortable, clean and spacious enough for family of four.

This unit offered many nice touches upon arrival. A bottle of Champaign and New Year’s Eve celebration items awaited our family. This was a nice treat! Thank you! The unit was clean and spacious for a family of four. Two pools located near our room which was a plus. The bedding was amazing and comfortable. We enjoyed being on the ground floor. We appreciated the complimentary golf cart rides to the beach. The use of the cabana, towels and chairs was a nice surprise. The Kaanapali beach was our favourite out of all we explored. Beautiful! The downside: The front desk staff upon our arrival was the rudest customer service representative I’ve ever come across. She was incredibly unwelcoming and annoyed by our evening arrival. She didn’t even say hello when we entered the building. She just said, “I hope you’re not checking in! I’m leaving.” The conversation went on, but needless to say I informed her that her ‘welcome’ to first time guests was less than poor. I believe her name was Crystal. The only other negative for us was the proximity to the main road. The unit is very close to the road so there was obviously traffic volume. Nothing outrageous, but if you’re used to quiet nights like us (we live in the country) then you would likely notice. Overall, the unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
