My accommodation is located in the heart of the ""Le Marais"", which corresponds to the 4th district of Paris. The flat is for four people maximum.

Less than 5 minutes walk from Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall), museum of modern art Musée Georges Pompidou, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris

It is very close to many restaurants, bars and to public transportation, especially Hôtel de Ville subway station.

I hope you enjoy it for the comfort and the location.





The area is really great. My accommodation is located less than 5 minutes walk from Hôtel de Ville (Paris city hall), museum of modern art Musée Georges Pompidou, and 10 minutes walking from Notre Dame de Paris

Moreover, it is in the heart of Le Marais district, which is characterized both by its centrality but also by the presence of many bars and restaurants.

Today in Paris many people want to live there.





The accommodation is very well connected because it is one block from the subway station "Hôtel de Ville" (line 1) and very close to the station Châtelet (5 subway lines: 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14). So you can travel all over Paris and easily access to train stations and airports.

Great Location Poor Management Communion
Great location, equipped ok, quiet, good beds, too small for 4 mature adults. Texted Mtg several times about check in procedure. No response. Mtg thought credit card didnt go though - never told me failed until VRBO called. Later, guy comes to my apt shows me valid receipt for apt I am in. i have receipt for my apt #. MTG says i am in the wrong. Yah, right - the apt i have reciept for, the one i am in 10 days, one i had code to unlock. No real MTG just collection individuals on phone or texting.. .

Good location - very small
Very very small to fit 4 people. Not enough outlets to charge devices or use. Only one small fan. Thank god it wasn’t too hot in Paris when we were there. Nice location. Steps in main entrance area have carpet that is coming off steps - we almost fell many many times.

Una fantastica settimana a Parigi!!!
Ottima posizione strategica per visitare Parigi. L'appartamento è carino e ben arredato, tranquillo e confortevole. Lo staff è gentilissimo (ci hanno chiesto, dopo 3 giorni, se volevamo cambiata la biancheria, gratuitamente...). Il meglio!!!
