4th St. Hideaway- near Yellowstone, no cleaning fee

This home really is a hideaway, right in the middle of small town Rexburg and tucked back in a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is an hour and a half from Yellowstone, a few blocks from BYUI, and 15 minutes to Bear World. Close by the Sand Dunes, skiing, hiking, and fishing.
We have our house right next door listed too! If you're coming with a bigger group and want to be close by but in your own space, contact me to see if the dates are available, or search property #3068314.
Inside you’ll find super comfy beds, fast WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen and clean, bright rooms that feel like home. Self check in makes it easy to come and go as you want. A very affordable place to stay—we don’t even charge a cleaning fee! Six sleep comfortably in beds, with a full size fold out memory foam mattress in addition to that, couches, and a pack n play.
We offer a discount if you're staying for more than three days- contact me for rates!

This was the second time we stayed here. Great place for families, space to spread out. Great location and quiet little cul-de-sac. Wendi was quick with communication and answers to any questions. Highly recommend to anyone with families looking to stay in Rexburg.

Great little rental that feels like a home. Kitchen has decent cookware and is reasonably stocked which enabled me to prepare dishes in advance of my camping travels. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and had a nice vibe. Great communication with the property manager too.

Clean, spacious, and clean. The house is great! Wendi also rents the house right next door, (Red House Retreat) so if you have a big family or a group, you can have one big property with two homes. Would stay again!

It was just what we needed for the family to stay for our son's graduation. The house was even decorated inside for Christmas with a tree also. The kids loved it. The price was right too, glad we opted to stay there then an expensive hotel.

This was a perfect place to stay while we were in Rexburg for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect. It was close to family and to shopping. The house was very clean and decorated very nice. The hostess was so easy to communicate with before and while we were there. She was very helpful. I would stay there again.

We are Dan and Wendi, and we love hosting! We enjoy making a place nice and inviting for people who are traveling. We are always glad when we can meet a guest but know it's important for them to have their own space as well.
We love adding little touches and making our rentals feel like a home away from home, from homey décor to Christmas trees and stockings.

Why they chose this property

My husband Dan and I have both lived in the area our whole lives, raised our children here, and Dan owns his own small business. We love the way this home has privacy but is also very convenient to the freeway, restaurants, and the rest of small town Rexburg. Little details are important to us, like a nice looking lawn and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils.

What makes this property unique

--Lots of parking space--it's just a big open driveway, shared with one other home. Since it's back off the road and in a very residential part of town, it's nice and quiet.
--Another home right next door! Ideal for weddings or family reunions when you want your own space but still want to be close to family or friends.
--A great value, especially for a family. We don't mind a kid or two sleeping on the floor- come stay and make memories together!
