Nice One Bedroom & One Bath Condominium located in the Scenic Meadow Area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 4 (approx. 800 Sq. Ft.). This spacious ground floor unit is all one level and there are no stairs to enter the unit. Corner unit is bright with lots of windows to let the light in and has a good view. The Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed, the Living Room has 1 Queen Sofa Bed . There are 2 TV`s (Living Room is a large flat screen & Bedroom has a flat screen). Wifi Internet Access in the unit. Pet Friendly. There are two outside parking spaces available. Sunrise Condominiums offer a Spa, Seasonal Swimming Pool and Sauna. Great Location

Great location - in town, within walking distance of Mammoth Creek and the park. A little old, nothing special, but 100% clean and functional, and we got to bring our dogs.

A perfect little retreat

Spent four nights in this property, good location and access to the center and ski lifts. My dog loved it too😍. The only downside is the walls are too thin, you’d hear everything next door, upstairs.

Great stop for a non-travel day during a road trip

Good access to the in town rec trail along Mammoth Creek. Things were as described. There was a kitchen shelf that fell/came loose on one side, but no problems. Just unloaded it and reinserted the pegs. All in all, a very pleasant respite.

A couple of things needed attention. Bath bar in bath and very bright lights over dining table. Reported to property manager. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Lovely Property, Easy walk to Red line Shuttle

Great location not far out of town and close to the Shuttle line to get to the village in no time. Short walk to food and groceries and great walking trial close by. The property was a great size for 2 of us and can comfortably accommodate more. Thanks for the nice stay.

Older complex but very spacious and well maintained. Very close to stop number four on the red line. Staff when we had to call about something was lovely and very responsive. We would definitely stay there again

Great for a small family

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect for our family of three and our Labrador. Skiing is close and the walking trail nearby. We were here in Snowmaggedon and I was super impressed that despite the constant snow, maintenance kept the walkway clear and parking lots plowed. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway with the fogs

Cabin and neighborhood was clean, conveniently locate to about everywhere in mammoth and not mention the walking trails for the dogs.. thanks for having us!!

Great place!

The place itself is spacious with a nice large bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Parking is simple and the best part was the heater where it kept the place really warm! The pull out mattress from the couch is spacious as well.

Nice condo

For the price the place was great, I loved that it was on the ground level, definitely could hear people walking overhead. Place was clean, pet friendly, and if I could do one thing to make it even better, I'd buy a new mattress. The 4inch foam topper left a little to be desired, but I got used to it. The VBRO fees were higher than I expected, be aware.

A Nice Stay! Couple quick notes.

Large one bedroom place close to everything and easy parking. The king bed was comfortable and so was the couch. Tv's were easy to use and the living room TV was set up so you can plug a laptop in and stream Netflix through HDMI. Tons of kitchenware to cook meals. FYI to bring your own salt, pepper, and cooking oils. We would absolutely book this place again! Note: this place is listed as pet friendly and there was some remnant dog hair on the couch and what not so if you are allergic to pets I would advise not to book this stay.

Great location. Easy to Reach Management. Tennis Anyone?

This condo is located in a lovely neighborhood. Parking is right outside the door. Management is easy to reach and they take care of anything you need quickly. Bring your tennis gear--there's a court literally behind the building. If you are planning on preparing meals, be aware that there are no condiments in the kitchen. Gotta bring everything-- right down to the salt, pepper and sugar. I'd also suggest bringing extra towels for the pool and sauna. The walls are paper thin. During our stay, we heard lots of noise from neighbors above. Great for doggies too!
