Welcome to Santa Rosa! Enjoy our spacious beautiful home located in the heart of Sonoma County with wineries in all directions. Quiet peaceful neighborhood with a park across the street. A short drive or Uber to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Lastly, come home and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio by a cozy fire pit.

Out home can hold up to 10 guests for a clean and pristine staying experience. Whether you are travelling from out of state or need an additional place in the city for your guests, we will do our best to cater to your needs and make your experience worthy of 5 stars. Loaded with all the necessities and amenities you many need for your stay, our neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and picturesque, with a beautiful park just across the street.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Our house can accommodate up to 10 guests very easily. With 4 bedrooms and total of 4 queen sized beds, you are bound to have a great sleeping experience courtesy of our high quality mattresses. We also have 2 queen size air mattresses. With 3 full bathrooms, we offer a full His and Her’s master bath where guests can expect a pampering experience with our bubble bath and champagne. Our living room features a giant window that overlooks the serene tree-lined street and lets in copious amounts of natural light and fresh air.

Amenities
Our spacious kitchen is adjacent to the family room that features ample seating space and a 55” smart TV for optimal entertainment. The living room also features a 55” smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu and more. The kitchen comes stocked with basic utensils, pots, pans, cooking essentials and condiments. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with a range of products to help our guests unwind and pamper themselves. With high-speed Wi-Fi available across the property, our classy 10-seat dinner table and a complimentary bottle of wine awaiting our guests is the cherry on top of the cake!
With a fully functional indoor fireplace in the living room, we also have an outdoor fire pit on the patio, along with a BBQ/grilling setup and seating space so our guests can cook up delicious food while they enjoy their time at our property.
The garage is not accessible for guests.

Situated in the heart of Sonoma County, we are offering the best of the best in Santa Rosa. With Sonoma County known for its wine, our guests easily visit one of the many nearby wineries in the area for an exuberant wine tasting retreat. Perfect spot to stay for family ladies wine trip!

Location was great! Loved toasting our family trip with the complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived. The place was just wonderful (4 bedrooms worked perfectly, as did the layout and furnishings of the house.) Had fast and good communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend!

DaduGrams Birthday Getaway

10 Family members, aged 9-72 spent three nights at the house. It was roomy and well-stocked for cooking for a bigger group. We spent the days visiting the coast (Point Reyes and Jenner areas) canoeing, hiking, eating and visiting highlights of each area. Also did s ome cooking at the house and ordered dinners each night to eat at the house and relax and have wine and birthday cake for 3 nights! Only suggestion is better lighting in the bedrooms! And the coffeemaker was not behaving well....But other than that, we loved the house and the entire time spent there and out having fun!

We had a great time, the home was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Plenty of towels and supplies provided. Gail was also quick to respond when I had a question and even provided a great restaurant recommendation. Would stay again!

Wedding at a Winery

10 adults, 1 infant and 1 toddler enjoyed the wedding vacation and the cute park right across the street. The host was very quick in responding to any questions that we asked and even rented a full size crib for our toddler. The price was reasonable and included everything we needed for the full week stay.

Great property and location

The property was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The playground across the street was an excellent bonus for the young children staying with us. We had an issue understanding how to get one of the showers to work and contacted the host. The communication from the host was excellent and we soon had it working.

Great home. Spacious for eight of us. Loved the backyard deck! We were here for a family wedding. All events were 15 minutes or less from the house. Gail is great. We want to come back for a wine country trip!

fantastic location

We recently stayed at the house during a trip to the area for wine tasting and it was the perfect location for us. It was easy to get to Healdsburg, Sonoma or anywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental and we appreciated that as we cooked in a few meals. We had a few questions/hiccups during our stay and Gail was super quick to respond.

Beautiful 2100 + square foot 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home. Across the street from the park. Enjoy the sprawling high ceilings, an open floor plan and gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. Additional features include a family room with a charming fireplace, spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a huge en-suite bathroom, central heat and a peaceful, sunny yard.
Relaxing in the living room with vaulted ceilings. A formal dining room with a large dining table can accommodate a whole family of 10-12 with the leaf extension.

What makes this property unique

Our home is right across from the park, great for kids and dogs. Besides the 5 queen-size bed, we also have 2 extra comfy queen size air mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked for big meals to enjoy with family and friends.
