Welcome to our gated ocean front complex with 24 hour security. Step off our terrace into the beautiful gardens and make your way to the pool or beach, or simply relax with a book on the huge covered terrace. Our beach is a lovely stretch of white sand and sparkling blue water where you can walk for miles or just relax under a palapa watching the waves roll in. Our personally decorated 3 bedrooms' 3 bath condo lacks nothing in the way of comfort. We offer flat screen televisions in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen in the living room. All 3 bedrooms have unsuited bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the deck outside with private seating areas or lounges. We have wireless internet both in the condo and in the lobby area. We offer a fully equipped kitchen. There are two gas BBQ's under palapas on either side of the pool.

The El Tigre golf course, recreational facilities and spa are just a short walk away or you can take the shuttle! There are restaurants, banking, pharmacy, groceries, 24 hour medical facilities and shopping all within a 10-15 minute walk at the Paradise plaza, which is part of the Paradise Village Resort. The shuttle runs between our building at Playa Royale, the shopping plaza, the golf resort and recreation center and runs every 30 minutes so no need for a taxi locally. Just call from the lobby! Our English speaking building manager and other personnel will be most happy to assist you with any questions you might have.

If you wish we can put you in touch with a charming local concierge service (we use them ourselves) should you wish airport pickup/drop off, or groceries to be purchased in advance to be in your condo when you arrive (you can arrange services and fees with them through email). They will also arrange any activities you may wish from shopping to canopy tours, horseback riding, whale watching, or swimming with dolphins!
