This cozy three-level Timber Ridge townhome is nestled in a private wooded setting close to Main Street. Located on the Alpine Trail with mountain biking and hiking just outside the front door. Wolf Park is only a short walk away with tennis courts, a basketball court, a volleyball net, a playground, picnic tables and a spectacular view. The main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and an updated fully equipped kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating and a flat-screen HDTV for relaxing after your mountain adventures.  

The open master bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with an attached bathroom and vanity, this loft bedroom overlooks the living room. The lower level of the townhome has 2 bedrooms each with its own full bath, one with a queen bed and another with a twin over full bunk.

Even more activities are available if you’d prefer to stay inside: museums, art galleries and movie theaters and bowling. There’s indoor recreation at the Grand Park Community Recreation Center, including a climbing wall, pools, a waterslide, an indoor gym, and more. Getting around is easy with The Lift, the free shuttle service will transport you from your lodging, the Amtrak Station or wherever you may be in Winter Park & Fraser to your intended destination.
