Très bon séjour

Très grande propriété avec plusieurs gites et grand terrain, à proximité du morvan et du vignoble de beaune. Nous remercions Odile pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils.

Gute Ferienwohnung mit sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeberin

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und sie erfüllte voll unsere Zwecke. Leider haben sich einige unserer Mitarbeiter nicht ordentlich benommen, aber wir haben das mit Odile geklärt. Beide Seiten waren zufrieden. Wir haben auch noch ein weiteres Mal gebucht. Danke nochmal

Schade.

Leider stimmt die Beschreibung nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein : es ist kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Wohnung im 1. Stock im Haus der Vermieterin. Auf der Karte ist auch nicht ersichtlich, dass noch 2 weitere Ferienhäuser auf dem gleichen Grundstück stehen, insgesamt für 14 Personen. Der Garten ist nur nutzbar, wenn man die Sitzplätze der anderen Mieter durchläuft. (Diese anderen Mieter feierten wilde Partys bis tief in die Nacht, sodass auch nicht von ländlicher Ruhe gesprochen werde kann.) Die überdachte Terrasse ist voller 'Gerümpel', wo Katzen schlafen und sich Mäuse wohlfühlen (!). Die Ausstattung ist gut, allerdings erst nutzbar nach einer gründlichen Reinigung. Die Toilette roch von Beginn an nach altem Urin. Es gibt mehrere große Schränke, aber die meisten sind von Dingen belegt, die vorherige Mieter vergaßen, unter anderem ein benutzter Einmal-Rasierer. Direkt nebenan ist ein Bauernhof, entsprechend wimmelt es von Insekten. Der Whirlpool grenzt direkt neben die Sitzgruppe der Vermieterin. Die 8 min bis Nolay sind sehr sportlich bemessen. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns nicht herzlich willkommen - wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Vermieterin uns mied und sich lieber den anderen Gästen widmete. Die Lage hat Potenzial, aber so halbherzig funktioniert es nicht!
