We were in town for a family wedding, it is a little older house but has had some updates and has some signs of use, but it was clean and in a great location. Loved the fenced in yard as well and neighborhood was very friendly.
We had a great stay at this location. The street feels very safe and is conveniently located to get anywhere in the city quickly. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the fenced in yard with our pup.
I met my friend, his brother and son in Cleveland for an annual baseball watching excursion. Found the property with a quick search of the downtown area. Everything was great. We were able to hang out by the fire after the games and relax during the day. If we're ever in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to book this property.
We were in town for my son's wedding. The location was perfect. Ohio City is an interesting and diverse area with many activities within walking distance. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. The house was clean and roomy, plenty of beds and a nice, big table for all of us to gather. I would recommend supplying more silverware, as there were not enough forks to go around and we had to get plastic. It is an older house, so it has some quirks such as uneven floors, but I found it charming.

Convenient Location
Definitely convenient location, 10 min to Downtown and 15 min to the airport, however check in process was rough, access code received didn't work, and after we entered the property we noticed a broken door on one bedroom, several broken blinds on second and first floor.
Finally I have to say that my communication with property management was fairly good and we may Booking the property again in the future.
Thanks

Many things amiss.
No operating lights in front room/dinning room. One fork in a home that sleeps 12. Carpet and sofa extremely unclean and stinky. WIFI actually didn’t exist. We messaged and got an almost immediate response but it was that they would notify company. We needed to air home out when we entered . As it was very smelly. Service fees were more than rent. We had a good time to spite all because we were with family but would never return to this space .
We were very disappointed with this rental. There were no clean dishes in the kitchen. Dishes, pots/pans, and utensils all needed washed. Some appeared to have been put away without even having been rinsed (kitchen tongs with salad still stuck in the tines, pans with bits of food stuck in them, and plates with food crusted on them).
Several cabinet pulls in the kitchen were broken along with mini blinds. Additionally a closet door was off of the wall with screws sticking out of where the hinges were attached. The owner was made aware of these issues. Additionally they were slow to respond. Cleveland area lost power during our stay. The owner took two hours to respond and because there were no emergency provisions in the house (flashlights and extra blankets specifically requested) we decided to leave. The owner refused to issue a partial refund for a house that was uninhabitable due to no heat or light (temps were going to drop to near freezing that evening). We will never stay with this host again.
We were in Cleveland for a wedding and had 4 couples and a Lone Ranger and the house had plenty of space to accommodate us all especially with that second living room. The location was great!
Overall the property suited my needs. Was in town for a funeral- the number of bedrooms was needed. Beautiful backyard.
The main concerns I had with the property: 1. One of the first floor bedrooms smelled like dog even with the window open.
2. There are 5 bedrooms which is great but 5 dining room chairs which was not enough.
3. There were no forks and not enough spoons- I called and someone offered to bring forks over.
Overall it was fine for a short stay but I would not have felt comfortable staying longer.

Nice home pretty big . Definitely need a facelift with furniture & the rugs are filthy a
Nice big home however the floors are uneven. also the furniture , walls ,rugs & chairs , Were filthy & there was a blood stain on the bed sheets .
The property manager Diana she was available to get in contact with for questioning . she is a nice lady.
the home had a lot of cleaning supplies available which was great .
we got in the house and started to clean and wash the bed sheets .
I made the house homey with a few bumps on the road, as far as cleanliness but overall we had a good stay 💙
PS my cleaning fee should be refunded due to the fact that I had to clean the house upon entry .
Other than that great stay great neighbors😊
We came to Ohio for a girl’s weekend getaway. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Like previous reviewers said, the floors were a little uneven and not enough utensils/coffee cups for all as well as seats for deck or fire pit but we made do and had fun. Neighborhood felt safe and great restaurants and attractions are very close by. Exterior is exactly as pictured, very cute.
We had a wonderful visit in Cleveland.
Enjoyed the home, it is centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood that is being revitalized.
Enjoyed the sights like: local ice cream- Mason’s Creamery around the corner with a short walk, Westside Market, Terminal Tower Observation, Edgewater Park and the Metro Parks.
Home was clean but some areas are showing signs of neglect or in need of repair or re-stocking.
Kitchen had a nice selection of utensils and cookware. Nice Bedding and Towels.
Mgmt company was prompt and very receptive to any of our needs.
Warning for older people the subfloor is uneven, stairs to upstairs is steep and downstairs tub can be difficult for older people.
Requests: firewood for outside fire pit, foil, plastic wrap, ziplocks, games, outdoor cushions for all the chairs, etc
Victorian niche neighborhood less than a 10 minute drive from many Cleveland attractions - 5 minutes to the sandy beaches of Lake Erie - who knew?!
The house is located in a quiet urban setting, surrounded by Stick and Queen Anne style homes. Each of us had our own bedroom - we liked the convenience of rooms located on the ground floor. The yard was at least 2 lots in size with off-street parking. Lack of attention to the worn deck/grilling area & a window blind missing several slats in the front 2nd floor bedroom, the only negatives.
The location & house worked well for our family with the central air conditioning a major plus during our August stay.
Great location to explore downtown Cleveland and the historic Ohio City area. The on line listing says four bedrooms but there were five, each had a comfortable queen bed. The art work and decorations were nice and the ceiling fan in the living room was pretty neat. The place was fairly clean, except for the dishwasher, someone must have cleaned engine parts in it. Overall, it could use some repairs and maintenance, steps to the back deck are unstable, needs a new blind in the upstairs front bedroom, needs a new door on the upstairs middle bedroom. There is a grill but it has seen better days as has most of the outdoor furniture. Kitchen utensils were abundant but basics were lacking, pretty much only dishes and cups for four and only a couple teaspoons. Fortunately, there was a supply of plastic spoons and forks and some paper plates. The neighborhood was quiet, plenty of beautifully restored homes all around, lots of good food and beverage establishments. Security was good with outdoor lighting, cameras, steel fence and gates and good locks on the doors.
This property was a wonderful little place to stay if you want to visit the rock and roll hall of fame. We originally booked the place because we were going to the rock and roll hall of fame but the icing on the cake was when I found out we could go visit a Christmas story home. To top it off across the street from the house a house for the Christmas story was a wonderful little restaurant. Delicious food with a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this home and would stay there again if we end up in the area.
