The Metropolitan Suite w/cozy Fireplace!

This NON-SMOKING Condo is located in the historic district of downtown Lexington and features a downtown city theme. It has one king size bed in the master bedroom and then a separate room with a bunk bed. It has a large kitchen and bar with a Sub Zero glass front Refrigerator, 8 Burner Wolf Gas Range and Oven, Sub zero Microwave Drawer, dishwasher Farm house sink and has all granite counter tops. It has a washer and dryer room and large bathroom with shower. It also has two large Smart T.V.'s. Parking is located right outside this Condo.It has a gas fireplace in the living room. Guests will receive 25% off I.V. Hydration Therapy at Foster Medical while staying in this condo. Urgent Treatment visits are also at a discounted price of $125.00. Pets are allowed up to 80 pounds. Cats must be declawed. Pet Deposit Required.
Owner asks for guest to send Copy of AKC Registration or Certificate/Letter from Vet to verify breed.
Late check out fees:
No Charge for late check out IF Approved and up until Noon.
$50 late check out fee from 30 minutes past check out to 2pm
Half Night charged for late check out after 2pm to 5pm
Any time after 5pm guest will be charged for a full nights stay.
Clothing iron available upon request.
Quite hours are 10pm on Weekdays and Midnight on Weekends.
If police have to be called for a noise violation there will be a charge of $250 fee.
Smoking is NOT permitted in Condo or outside the front door. If you smoke you must be at least 12ft away from the front door. If smoking of any kind is found there will be a $500 charge.

Great location on the edge of campus. Walked to Rupp and to Kroger field. Furnishings and decor add to the experience. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Overall, the property was great! You can't beat the location and the property itself felt welcoming and comfortable. It was only two adults so there was plenty of space. The ownership does well at communicating and assisting with any needs. I would stay again.

Better to Stay Elsewhere in Lexington

This two-night visit over New Years Eve, a less than smooth experience. Upon arrival after check-in time (3:00p.m.) the door lock had not been programmed with the assigned code. Contacted the host, and we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes until the host input the code and we could enter. Within the condo, the featured fireplace was not working and it seemed like the gas to it was turned off. Around half of the under cabinet lighting was burned out. When I booked the condo there was a bit in the description about a bottle of wine being provided if you were staying two nights. Between booking and when I arrived that part of the description was removed and there was no wine to be found (wine is still in the pictures). Other than that, the appliances and kitchen were nice generally. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed. Smaller bedroom is really only for children with its size and bunk beds, but we didn't use that one. The condo was clean generally, but a hand across counters revealed it wasn't as clean as it looked. For the high cleaning fee I expected better. Throughout almost the entire stay there was a lot of noise coming from the tenants upstairs, where you heard every step they took and even their dog walking around. Whenever they were taking a shower it sounded like there was a waterfall in the back bedroom. Not the upstairs tenants' fault, but rather the lack of sound insulation in the ceiling. The towel bar in the bathroom was not actually attached to anything, just hanging there. When I pulled a towel off the left metal bracket fell to the floor and took a chunk of skin out of my ankle in the process. After our first night there, we were awoken in the morning at 9:00 by an alarm sound coming from the locked utility room that is right near the back bedroom. We had to contact the host again so she could come in and silence the alarm. That had to be done in person so we had to leave the condo when we had not planned to, or else hear loud beeping every five seconds. That same night around 1:00 a.m., a similar sounding alarm went off - apparently for a different reason. Had to contact the host again. That one went off by itself after about 20 minutes. The host said that it was the building management system and the security alarm. Either way, both nights of sleep were interrupted by alarms. But on the morning of checkout (11:00 a.m.), someone was outside promptly at 10:55 to ensure we left on time. Wouldn't stay here again.

I’ve stayed in these condos a couple different occasions. This condo is different than the last on I stayed in. Very convenient location to dining, bars and arenas. Beautiful kitchen with the best appliances yiu can purchase. The furniture is white- there’s a lot of stains on the fabric. The condos are industrial with exposed plumbing- unfortunately I could here water going thru the pipes for hours every time the person above me would flush the toilet, shower, wash his hands or anything. The noisiest area was the bedroom, it literally sounds like water is dripping on you while you sleep. Parking is great, I didn’t have any issues with parking on either of my stays. The management team answer questions and is very helpful.

Great accommodations close to campus!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything needed for our 2 person stay. Parking permit is very helpful. No need to drive anywhere, as most essential things are within walking distance. Will stay here again!

Perfect place to stay while visiting your UK STUDENT

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting my daughter at UK. It was a perfect location and accommodations. We felt very safe with the alarm system. Parking was right out front easy access which was wonderful. We also brought our two dogs there was green space outside and they felt at home. We will definitely rebook. The Picts they posted didn’t do it justice… it’s even more beautiful in person.

We enjoy staying here. A couple of suggestions: 1) more reliable internet please, 2) more bath towels, 3) somehow mask the sound of the drain pipes from the apartment above. Very loud in the Master Bedroom, and 4) perhaps allow for a later check out on days when the apartment is not rented the following day,

Modern amenities in great location

We had a great time staying here for a weekend in Lexington! The main area with the big kitchen island was perfect for hanging out. And we never even needed to move our car from the parking lot because we could walk everywhere we wanted downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great downtown location

Visiting family and friends and these CI dos are perfect. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking around and scooting furniture in occasionally but not too bad. Comfortable, clean and great kitchen and bath. Only one issue is the email car registration didn’t work for me and I left a message but never heard back.

Wonderful Property!

Great location, so clean, comfortable & well furnished. The only things I would suggest would be to have a few more hand towels & washcloths. 1 hand towel & 2 washcloths were a little stingy for 3 people. And if you stay here bring your own toilet paper. Yikes! It was horrible. We’ll know for next time. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!
