Casa Cassiodoro G is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles).
Casa Cassiodoro G is located on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse.
To stay at Casa Cassiodoro G you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro G is along a 800-meters (half-a-mile) unpaved road. The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.


Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.


Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Casa Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling boasts a brick cross vault. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
The first bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
