Perfect location

This property is 2 blocks away from the oceanfront (5 min drive) and right in the heart of all main attractions. Seamless check and the condo was available as soon as we arrived in town. Perfect location on the property with the pool right outside of the patio!! The accommodations were extremely comfortable with all the kitchen accessories you need to make you feel right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfy beds.

Clean, beautiful and perfect location!

We came down to move my stepdaughter into Coastal Caroline for her sophomore year and rented in Myrtlewood Villas last year. We loved so figured we would give it another shot. This condo was the absolute perfect size with almost all the necessities you would use for a mini vacay. Cable, internet, plenty of utensils, pans, kitchen appliances, etc. The only thing that was discouraging was that there was no dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags or laundry detergent left for us to use while there. I hadnt planned on getting those items at the store as they are usually provided with past VRBOs we have done. Did a quick scan of the condo when we got there and noticed the master closet door was clearly broken and just left hanging. I called maintenance and they were there in minutes! Took the door off to be replaced at a later date which was fine with us. Other than that, check in was smoothe as could be, we were able to get in early which was great since we were coming from Philly, the keypad to get in was easy and convenient and the view was stunning of the pool and golf course. The sunsets were spectacular!We will definitely rent here again! Worth every penny!

Nice Get away

I enjoyed my time here at this property. The location is close to everything. The best part was being able to go to the pool everyday. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. The condo could use a deep cleaning and the pillows, comforter, mattress cover, and sheets were dirty upon arrival. I sent the Property Manager an email and he sent the cleaning crew back out. The kitchen counters, shower, and toilets were also dirty. I would say they need a new cleaning crew or stay on top of the one they have. Clearly they are doing the minimum when it comes to cleaning. Also, the sofa bed should probably be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. The other beds were fine. Overall, I enjoyed my 5 day stay here.

Good location and great value

We loved that the unit was so close to the beach, the pool, and also had a golf course within walking distance. The floor was a little creaky, which caused us to be concerned with the folks that lived below the unit. Other than that, great place and the property manager was great as well. I would definitely stay again.
