Casa Cigno B is a characteristic apartment that is part of a small villa. It sleeps six people. From Casa Cigno B you will enjoy a nice view of the beach and of the sea. Casa Cigno B is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a private patio.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria del Focallo. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away and the beach at 30 meters (approximately 100 feet). You will reach Casa Cigno B from the parking area going up a walkway that includes approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Cigno B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. Alternatively, you can park free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a partial view of the beach and of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

 Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with armchairs and with a table, chairs, a swing and an hammock. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the garden.
Verandah
The verandah is 18 square meters (194 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the patio. Is equipped with wood benches. You will find tables and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a partial view of the beach and of the sea.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three double-glazed windows with a view of the street below and of the sea.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two wooden twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the courtyard.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
