Contemporary F2 apartment of 33 m2 quiet, not overlooked on the heights of Trouville 800m from the city center, 450m from the beach. A reserved parking space and access with a lift will enhance your stay.

The refurbished apartment has a living room with a real sofa bed, recent TV, WiFi ethernet box, full bedroom with Queen Size bed, an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a bathroom with tub and a balcony of 15m2 without opposite.
The maximum sleeping capacity is 4 people.

The basic products will await you on your arrival, thanking you for reasonable and useful use: small grocery store, tea, coffee capsules, paper towel,
current sanitary products.

Très bon séjour. Apparemment petit mais bien agencé et bien doté de tout le nécessaire, grand balcon, literie agréable, calme absolu. La place de parking est également un grand avantage. Note hôte a été très sympathique et plein de patience malgré notre gros retard. Adresse à retenir si on veut découvrir la région.

Haut de Trouville
Appart au 2eme, copro propre et sans nuisance. Le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à la gare, the Top ! L'appart est propre, à dispo tous les linges de maison, un plus quand on n'est pas véhiculé ! Le balcon sans vis à vis permet des petits déjeuners en pyjama, sans complexe !! Les moins ; pas de quoi manger les crabes et autres crustacés , pas de verre à pieds, la baignoire est à enjambée un peu haute .. à l'inverse des toilettes et lavabo (qui sont un peu bas .. ) La côte de 2 km est longue (à pied > il faut compter aussi de faire le retour ! mais faisable) .... Pb de bus .. arrêt très peu desservi et dévié cause affaissement ! Sinon, agréable séjour !!

Apparemment très bien situé avec aucun vis à vis le balcon est un plus pour les repas dehors nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine dans cet appartement et le propriétaire est très arrangeant et accueillant

Le bon endroit pour une bonne année...
Jolie location, parfaite pour deux retraités comme nous, qui nous a permis de passer une semaine agréable, au calme sur les hauteurs de Trouville sur mer.

Appartement bien pour 2 personnes, pas pour plus, car la chambre est en partie ouverte sur le salon. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
