If you take the shuttle to One Ski Hill Place, you'll be able to use additional hot tubs, indoor pools, fitness rooms, a steam room/sauna, a pool table, and a two-lane bowling alley. A quarter-mile east and you'll find yourself on historic Main Street, which is lined with shops, restaurants, galleries, and museums. Enjoy mountain views of the Tenmile Range from Blue River Plaza, regular events at Riverwalk Center, and wonderful access to hiking/biking trails nearby.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
