Easily sleep up to 16 guests with 6 large bedrooms, 8 beds (3 Kings) and 3.5 baths! The open kitchen/living room is designed for everyone to hang out, eat, watch the huge 75" TV or play GoldenTee. Or take it outside on our huge second floor sky deck with BBQ. Plus off Street Parking for 5.

No expense was spared in this extensive renovation. High end finishes abound, luxury styling, plush linens and ultra comfy mattresses. You won't want to leave! Plus, the location is prime. Right in the heart of Louisville's Highlands district on restaurant row Bardstown Road. Walk to some of the best restaurants and shopping in town.

Incredible property and location

We came for my brothers bachelor party in mid September. We had 11 people and everyone had a place to sleep. The house is incredible. Easy parking, huge balcony, a ton of space, and all around an amazing place to stay. Not to mention that the location really can’t be beat. It is central to just about everything. 5-10 minute drive or less to anywhere in the Louisville you will want to go. The hosts were helpful, attentive, but also not overbearing. They checked in to make sure we were doing well, but otherwise just let us do our thing. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Louisville with a group. Finally, I have to mention the first floor shower. It’s weird to review a rental shower, but this one is so good that it has to be noted in my review. From start to finish this place was AWESOME.

Great house in a great neighborhood

The house was exactly as described and was spacious enough for our group of 13. The reserved off street parking was very convenient. The neighborhood is very cool and it was a relatively short Uber ride to downtown or Churchill Downs. Definitely try to have dinner at Noche across the street!

Beautiful roomy convenient

We celebrated a milestone family birthday at this home. It was beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything we needed, convenient to interstate as well as downtown. Great restaurants within walking distance. Hosts were available for any questions. Highly recommended to any size group.

Great location and amenities.

We booked this property for a bachelor party. The location of the house allowed us to take in all Louisville has to offer. The property was clean and communication from the owners was excellent. The beds were plentiful and comfy. The location allowed for walking access to great food and entertainment. Nothing was far away whether it be distilleries, horse-tracks, golf courses, airport, etc.

This is perhaps THE BEST property in Louisville. Designed from the ground up to host large groups. With a rustic chic Kentucky themed style, the large 6 Bedroom home boasts 3 king beds, 2 queens and 2 fulls and can easily accommodate 14+ guests. But the gathering space on the second floor is what makes this place so special. A huge open living room and kitchen opens up to our massive sky deck overlooking Bardstown road. Hang out and watch the 75" 4KTV, play golden tee, listen to music or BBQ and lounge outside on nice days.

What makes this property unique

The location is PRIME! Right on the main strip in the Highlands lets you walk to the best restaurants and bars in town. Plus private parking for 5 vehicles.
