He stayed with our family over Christmas and communication with the property manager. Lance was amazing. He helped us coordinate all of our Christmas decorations and tree, as well as activities and transportation. The property was great location, walking distance from the village or a couple minute car ride. Beautiful Location on a quiet street and the house was able to facilitate our entire group very easily..
Nice property but when we asked to checkout one hour later they said they would let us know. Management never bothered to call us back. There are ridges on the edge of the steps. My wife caught one w the shoe and fell hard.
I can confidently say that our stay was nothing short of amazing. The combination of excellent communication, a stunning home, and thoughtful amenities made for an unforgettable experience. We fell in love with Vail in the fall, and this home played a significant role in creating such a magical trip for us.
Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be recommending yo
The house was perfect. It was large enough for the full extended family and walking distance to Downtown Vail.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Unclean and failed follow up to rectify
When we arrived at the home it was not prepared for guest. Here are the items that impacted our vacation experience 1. The house was not cleaned including but not limited to dirty smelly sheet that had animal smell and hair all over them 2. There were no usable fresh towels and hand and face towels i 3. Televisions were inoperable in every room upon arrival. 4. The place was generally not clean even beyond bedding and towels. This significantly impacted two days of our vacation. So much so, the management team had to come in and clean and refresh linens and towels and get TVs to work. This was over two days. For the weekly rental cost, this was well below expectations. The home itself and the location was okay but the owners need to attend to the finer details and they failed to do so for my trip.
The home lived up to the expectations that the photos on the website set. The kitchen was very well appointed, the dining table was extremely spacious, the living area was comfortable for everyone, and everyone had lovely bedrooms. We did not use the bunk room as we didn't have small children, but it looked terrific for people with young kids. We all highly recommend this home.
Very clean, lots of amenities. Great access to trails and bus system. Loved the hottub and outside back area. First night there was a black bear in the backyard, so cool!! Last night a fox came right up to the back door. Great stay!
