This townhome style villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room features a sleeper sofa, two chairs, a Smart TV and DVD player. The dining room seats six, and opens to the kitchen with all of the major appliances.

There is a full bath off of the living room with walk in shower. Sliding glass doors from the living area lead you to the spacious deck with a table for outdoor dining, a gas and charcoal grill and wonderful golf course views.

The first bedroom, located downstairs, has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk in shower, and accesses the deck.

Upstairs offers two bedrooms each with a private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and private bath with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a king bed and twin trundle bed, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower combo.

There is easy access to the beach (8-10 minute walk), an on-site community pool, shopping, with golf and tennis nearby, this villa is conveniently near everything you need to have an amazing time with family and friends.

Great place, close to pool and beach

We had a great stay. The beach was a short walk and the pool was really close by. Loved that the pool had shade during the hot afternoon. When we called about a couple of things (propane for grill and sheets for sofa bed) they were delivered within an hour or two. The only down fall is the living room and kitchen feels a little cramped with 9 of us, otherwise it was great.

October 2020 Stay

Once again Palmetto Dunes didn’t disappoint! Our family has stayed many different places, and this rental has been one of the best. The walk to the beach was very convenient, five minutes at most. Our four boys loved the fishing, golf, bike rides, and all the wildlife. The unit was very well cleaned, and had everything we needed. Lord willing we hope to be back next year!

June 2020 Stay

I've been coming to HHI for ~ 15 years and love the island, beach, and resort. There were some issues with the HVAC unit this year, as repair techs visited on 3 separate occasions to make repairs on the unit reported by the previous occupant as well as myself. We didn't have to be in our villa while the repair guys were there, but I tried to be available so as to answer any questions they had. It was a good week all in all and even though the AC was not operational a couple of days, I still enjoyed my stay and hope maybe to come back next year. I like the new registration process and not having to pick up car passes. The unit was very clean. Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience.
