The 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home sits on a beautiful, wooded lot with mountain views, decks on all three floors, a hot tub on the cozy private back deck, overlooking the brook which sounds fabulous as you lounge inside the hot tub. Enjoy 2 living areas both with fireplaces. Spacious fully equipped kitchen with standard coffee machine and Instant Pod Coffee and Espresso Maker. Abundant Blessings is directly across the road, only steps from the Salamander Ski Trail. This fabulous four-season home is a honey of a spot for winter ski outings, summer hike & bike outings, and fall season leaf peeping, as you are already beside the trail for exploring the mountains and beyond! You can hike up the mountain to the crossover trail to Dolly Sods!
Abundant Blessings is a great escape yet close to all the activities of the region including Timberline Mountain by Perfect North, Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center, Blackwater Falls State Park, Whitegrass, Dolly Sods Wilderness Area, and all the quirky, quaint shops and galleries of Thomas and Davis.
4wd is required in winter.
Don't forget your pooch as this home is pet friendly! $70 per pet fee required.
