Description of parking: 1 spot in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Garage door openers available.
DO NOT park on the roadside due to snow plowing in the winter. They will tow cars at your expense.
There is a small drainage ditch before you enter the garage. DRIVE IN SLOWLY. The driveway slopes downward. During winter, we recommend you park close to the top of the driveway for easy in and out, especially during storms.
This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
Between Northstar and Incline for skiing. Not too far from Squaw. Close to Brockway for golf. Or just walk along the beautiful North Lake Tahoe shore. My favorite - sitting all cozy in front of the fire with a good book and a glass of wine. Relaxing and memorable.

A few restaurants, bars, cafes that we can suggest to your guests: Post Office Cafe for breakfast, Lanza's or Jasons or Spindleshanks, or the pricier gourmet dining at Soule Domaine for dinner, Hiro Sushi or Spindleshanks for happy hour, and lots more within 8-15 minutes.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
Please note that in winter weather & storm conditions such services as Internet may be spotty and/or nonfunctional. Those are beyond our control and we do not provide refunds or credits in the event that services are out due to inclement weather conditions, which is the norm. Please book only if you are ok with the potential of not having Internet during your stay during bad weather.
***HOT TUB/SPA MAINTENANCE:
We request that guests follow the instructions below after each days use of the hot tub. not maintaining the spa and/or not leaving in the proper condition during your stay will result in a $150 fee for additional cleaning. Please add 1 tsp of chlorine after each days use. Chlorine granules are located next to the spa. Scoop can be found inside container. Over use will affect the water quality.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions:
"My People". Shall include myself, my spouse, legal partner, guests, invitees, licensees, children, wards, heirs, assigns, personal representatives and estate, if any.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.

(We strongly recommend arriving during daylight; winter conditions can make traveling and getting to the home more difficult. You will be receiving the code for self check-in, but keep in mind that we don't have support after 9PM so it's your responsibility to have someone grant access during check-in times.)

-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
-The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.

-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay. Such instances can result in a $100 penalty as we will still incur a 'show up' charge, even if no work is performed.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-This is a NON-SMOKING property.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens.
When a pet is authorized by us, your booking will incur in an additional pet fee and deposit. Those fees are not included in the price shown by Airbnb and should be paid via www.airbnb.com/resolutions before check-in. By accepting this booking you confirm acceptance of the pet fees. Absolutely no more than 1 animal per group allowed.
If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
***HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
