Basement apartment is available to rent in a separate listing with an additional two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

The updated kitchen will have everything you will need if you choose to cook while you are in town! Formal dining room for large gatherings together. As well as off street parking in the driveway and a 2 car attached garage.

For those wanting to explore Atlanta, you will be only 2 miles from GA 400 that brings you into the city

Well trained, housebroken dogs are allowed, but must be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick medication and up to date on vaccinations.
