You will look forward to taking it easy in the inviting open concept living space with plenty of dining and relaxing room for your group. Step out on the front patio to breathe in fresh air while sipping your morning coffee and admiring gorgeous Vail mountainscapes. The full kitchen is well appointed with beautiful tile counter-tops and all the supplies the cook of the group will need to whip up a delicious family feast. Coffee is provided as well! There is bar seating for three and the dining space opens to the kitchen and living area and can seat six.

The living area is furnished with a brand-new sleeper sofa, large armchair, flat screen TV and gas fireplace to enhance your vacation experience. The perfect place to congregate to discuss the day’s adventures. Just off the living area is the side-by-side washer/dryer closet for your convenience. You’ll also find the guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo and guest linens.

Both bedrooms feature super comfortable mattresses; you’ll fall asleep the moment your head hits the pillow or unwind by watching your own private TV. The master is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and private patio. The patio is a wonderful space for some quiet enjoyment.  While the guest room offers two twin beds with fresh linens. This condo also has ample closet space for gear storage.

You can easily choose to walk to one of Lionshead’s wonderful restaurants via the pedestrian bridge or pick-up groceries at Safeway and prepare a delicious feast in your welcoming vacation rental. Whether you are coming to Vail for skiing, shopping, dining, hiking, biking, or arts and entertainment the convenient location of this property is the perfect place to call home base while you experience all that Vail has to offer! Winter, Spring, summer, fall Sunvail Condos has it all! 

You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

All Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
