Séjour très agréable

La maison est très agréable et très bien située, très calme et à proximité d'un Intermarché bien pratique pour le week-end entre amis que nous avions prévu. L'extérieur est magnifique, la piscine d'une taille plus que respectable et impeccable. Nous avions tout à disposition pour cuisiner, y compris un barbecue. Malgré un léger cafouillage autour des heures d'arrivée/départ (les régisseurs qui faisaient l'échange des clés sont restaurateurs et donc non disponibles entre 11h et 14h, contrairement à ce que nous avaient indiqué l'annonce et la propriétaire de la maison), nous avons toujours eu un interlocuteur pour nos questions et tous furent d'une gentillesse remarquable.

agréable maison

Impression d'être chez soi, livres, CD, produits de 1° nécessité à disposition, très bons et nombreux équipements de maison, jardin, piscine, la maison est faite pour 8, mais il y a 11 couchages possibles. Accès : entrez dans le très grand lotissement Les Laus, en face de la banque CIC, prendre le chemin de terre, c'est le portail noir au bout.

Maison agréable mais propriétaire de mauvaise foi et absence de communication

La maison est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée avec une belle piscine, une terrasse sympa et une cuisine très pratique. Proche d’un supermarché et à 30-45minutes des gorges du verdon. Seul bémol : la propriétaire. Nous avons eu énormément de difficultés à communiquer avec elle avant et après le séjour. Quelques jours avant, elle ne répondait pas au téléphone et nous ne savions pas si la location tenait toujours. Le jour de notre arrivée, il a été compliqué de l’avoir au téléphone et elle n’avait pas pris la peine de nous contacter la veille. Elle passe par une autre personne dont nous n’avions pas le numéro et qui ne nous a pas non plus contacté. Nous avons donc dû attendre à notre arrivée à cause de ce manque d’organisation. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir une fête forraine ambulante collée à la maison qui diffusait de la musique extrêmement forte toutes les après-midis. Nous n’avons pas pu rester autour de la piscine comme prévu toutes les après-midis et avons dû faire des activités extérieures engendrant des coûts. Nous aurions aimé avoir cette information en avance pour pouvoir annuler la location. J’ai essayé de contacter la propriétaire après la location pour parler de cet incident et elle a ignoré mes sms et appels, ce qui indique qu’elle était bel et bien de mauvaise foi. C’est fort dommage que ca se soit passé ainsi car la maison était très sympa. Séjour ainsi mitigé.
