The master bath has a fully tiled walk-in shower with shampoo niches and glass door. The guest bathroom has a tub with tiled walls and a shampoo niche. The living room features a 65 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and matching love seat. The sliding door in the living room leads directly to the center lawn and pool area. Just past the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Both bedrooms have Berber carpeting, the kitchen and baths have ceramic tile and the rest of the unit has plank flooring for easy maintenance. The kitchen has ceiling height cabinets with under cabinet lighting, granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances. Plantation shutters on all windows and sliding glass door. Washer & dryer. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
