WE WAS NOT PLEASED AT SURFSIDE 1211

You guys should have accommodated us with something, after arriving at 7:30pm to find out that we couldn't get into our room #1211 . The security guy and maintenance man had to drill and cut the latch off so we could get in our room. My wife and I was so annoyed... ....we got in our room around 10:00pm after arriving at 7:30pm . The towels under the sink in the bathroom looked used and dirty, the master bedrooms bed is terrible!! It's sunk in in the middle, our backs was not ok and we had to kill the biggest roaches that I had ever seen!!!! We didn't know what we were getting into when we booked with surfside, we just wanted something nice and comfortable for our 19th anniversary and my husband's birthday which was the 16th. It could have been better if you guys would have showed concern, BUT yall didn't care and NEVERD CALL TO SHOW THAT YALL WERE CONCERN. We drove from Oklahoma city!!

Wouldn’t stay again but not all bad

We’ll start with the good, the location and price. The bad: noise control - we could hear our neighbors carry on a casual conversation. The unit had a door to a neighboring room but it was a single door and completely uninsulated/sealed. We could literally see if their light was on under the room. Within 20 minutes of arriving and getting unpacked with casual conversation within our group we had security called on us for a noise complaint. It was our neighbors, and we know that because we heard them make the call word by word. Beds - awful. Bathrooms - we were grossed out by the showers - lots of mold/discoloration on tiles/grout Plates - the top few plates were clean, the bottom ones clearly were skipped over. Toaster would start to emit a planting burning smell and was clearly broken. Oven never reached cooking temperatures. Great views and location though!

AMAZING !

we booked for my daughters birthday and we were amazed ! everything was great ! kitchen was nice had everything we needed the balcony was a super plus and the ocean view was AMAZING ! We spent most of the day on the balcony. there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably ! will be booking again really soon ! this is definitely my first option to stay when coming to destin/miramar beach.
