This newly remodeled house boasts a beautifully decorated interior with everything you would expect during your stay, including a stunning stone-encased gas fireplace in the living area that creates the perfect place to wind down after exploring the surrounding area. This rural, two-story retreat also features a new hot tub, a spacious deck, and a gas grill with an outdoor dining area for summer barbecues.

You can easily reach the beach by walking over to the private access point around the corner! Cullaby Lake is a short distance away, where you can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking, and bird watching. Warrenton is seven miles to the north, where you will find major shopping, local restaurants, and the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park. Or, head four miles south to Gearhart, where you can get in a relaxing round of golf.

Great spot!

Location was great! Private but still close. Hot tub was hot and clean (so nice on a rainy day)! House had all necessary amenities and was very clean.

The perfect vacation house

We absolutely loved it. It was so spacious for our family of 6. The weather was awful but we didn’t even mind because we were stuck inside a beautiful, cozy home. The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to start our day every morning. The Vacasa agents were incredibly helpful and responsive every time we had a question. We will absolutely be back.

Nice house.

It was a nice house. It was very clean. I will rethink stairs next time with an infant. There was a gate. By the end of the stay he mastered going up and down one of the sets of stairs. The house is pet friendly. Master bathroom sink stoppers need attention. We didn't get to check out all the amenities. We were quite busy with my daughter's wedding in Astoria. I would recommend this rental. It seems very pet friendly also.

Would Stay Again

Going to agree with other reviewers, updates to the place are nice, still feels like an 80s home but the living room is very cozy. The beach wagon was perfect for my dog who had back surgery a few months ago but loves the going to the beach.

The house looks just as the pictures online. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and beautiful. Love all the trees and deer. Having the patio and hot tub was a bonus. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quiet, wooded location

Overall a pleasant experience. I feel obligated to comment on the area rugs in the bedrooms. They don’t lay flat but curl up causing a scary tripping hazard. I came close to falling and as a senior it could have been disastrous.

Lovely home

Peaceful, cute, great for families

The house is laid out well with furniture actually being comfortable and useful. This is a great spot for multiple families though admittedly it was just our own small group who stayed there. The place has a wagon, boogie boards, a kite, and lots of board games for a variety of ages. It is easily one of our favorite places to stay at the coast. The 10min walk to the beach is easy with the wagon and passes by a park with swings. We've seen elk and deer wandering the neighborhood on the way too. Definitely coming back to this rental. There is also a hot tub but our family is typically too tired to use it :)

Beautiful port in a storm

We had stormy weather, so the house needed to be completely sufficient in itself: we weren't going anywhere! It was more than okay, really terrific. Great kitchen and common areas (multiple) and very comfy bedrooms.

Awesome Location

Cute gated community, super dog friendly, very short walk onto beach (felt like it was a private beach beach with little to no one on it while we were out!), spacoius clean updated house, just make sure you call about the hot tub if you are wanting to use it- it was broken the whole time we were there. They did reimburse us a little for that but that was one of our main reasons to book.

Family beach trip 2022

Process very smooth. Nice property. A few things didn’t work but we’re addressed quickly. Propane tanks wa left on for the outside fire pit so we couldn’t use that. Hot tub was great. Lots of room for everyone. We would stay here again

Great getaway

This is the second year that our family has stayed here and we really like it. Wonderful, clean, spacious house, great location,close to many activities. Highly recommend!
