Amazing
We had an amazing time. This condo sleeps 8, but it was just me and my sister. I like lots of space and my own room, and bathroom, but I could see how this would be great for a large family or two couples even with children. We loved the huge balcony and ate dinner on it every evening. the view and the breeze was just so nice. I am thinking of booking it for my birthday in August.

People and Pet Friendly
Roomy and Clean unit with a Great Gulf View and close proximity to several pet friendly restaurants! The complimentary Beach lounge set and umbrella was a very welcome surprise! The beach attendants, Joe and John, were exceptional! Great personalities, great teamwork exhibited and showed great atteniveness to our needs!

Right on the beach. Massive pool. It was nice to be able to buy drinks and food pool side. The condo was large for a two bedroom and the bunks were a nice added bounds for the kids.

My wife set this vacation up or I would have never went for it. They changed the requirements for pets. They knew we had 3. They conveniently waited until I couldn't get a full refund to disclose the one pet rule!!! Way too much for 5 nights!!! The accommodations were mediocre at best. The living room sectional was hard as board. The washing machine did not get the water out of the clothes(spin cycle). I waited on an elevator FOREVER and finally decided to climb 11 flights of stairs before I had a heat stroke from waiting by the elevators where there was no AC or fan, only the hot exhaust from the rooms AC system. Thought I was going to be a medical emergency!!! AND they WOULD NOT let us in the room until exactly 5 pm even though the condo was ready!!! (Very hot that day!) Someone said it had something to do with going thru Vrbo. I WON'T be back!!!

Beautiful property-rude staff
The property at Treasure Island was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean, and the ocean views spectacular. The check-in staff and management were extremely rude and dismissive. I saw no weight specifications in the original rental agreement so when I received the paperwork via email that specified 30lbs, I called for clarification. We have a 7 y/o English bulldog who weighs 60lbs but he’s short and fat…so I was simply asking if the standards were strict or breed specific. The check-in staff said they’d have to check with management and when she came back to the phone she stated, and I quote: “He said you can either leave your dog home or you can stay home.” Very rude. I can take no for an answer but it’s not necessary to talk to paying customers that way. Hoping it was a secluded staff member, we made arrangements for our dog and went anyway. Wrong-the 2 ladies at check were equally rude and dismissive-as if they were sick of people and dealing with public. Very condescending in our encounters with them all week. Just put a damper on the experience for sure. Also-do not try to check in early-it won’t happen. Check in is at 5:00pm strictly…so make plans to accompany that if you choose to stay here.

Wonderful getaway!
We really did enjoy our time! The condo was perfect for us and it was even better that we could bring our chihuahua, Bama! The area that is set up to walk your pet is really nice! Will definitively be staying here the next time we head to Panama City!
