Nestled between cozy cottages on a pocket park with a stocked coy fish pond. Enjoy the view from the front porch or the Master Balcony.

From the front porch, the main level includes living room, sitting area, dining, kitchen, half bath, and laundry room. The kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, electric flat top 4-burner stove, double sink. Large round dining table with seating for five and bar seating for two.

On the second floor is the Private Master Suite with en suite bath. Opposite the master suite is two bedrooms that share the hall bath. One Guest room with a Queen bed and views of the courtyard and pool. The bunk room features 2 bunk beds with 4 twins.

The courtyard features a large private pool, outdoor dining and lounge seating while still providing parking for 2 of vehicles.

A Perfect Cottage!
I have stayed in many different homes in Rosemary and this was one our favorites. The house was very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. The pool was perfect to end the day after biking back from the beach! We are planning to stay again!

Great for our family
We stayed at the property the last week of June and it was great for our family of five. We especially liked the layout of the home, where everyone had plenty of space, but we could also have easy conversations between the den, the dining room and the kitchen. Plenty of seating at the round table, and plenty of room to cook. The bikes and small pool were enjoyed every day, and the location on the grassy quad was peaceful. Be prepared for delays at check in during busy times, and bring plenty of your own supplies (dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, etc.). Management replaced a non-working blender the very next morning. So, incredibly responsive. Overall, a great property!
