This listing is for two combined properties...across the street from each..with plenty of parking for off-sites, wedding, family reunions and parties.
There are outdoor kitchens on both properties and new fire-pits for your S'mores
.
The properties are very close to town and shopping but one is very private and away from the noise and traffic of Blackwell Road.
There are Decks and patios for entertaining with Outdoor furniture and Fitness machine.
Karaoke can also arranged if requested. Comcast Internet provided 1GB download for your working meetings.

Good family accommodations

The house and cottage accommodated our family well for our family event. Thank you! We had a little mix up as to actual dates of the rental, but the Owner accommodated our needs very well. VRBO and Owner could communicate better. The highway is rather close to the house and has constant road noise. More half fallen trees should be removed from the road area leading to the cottage as it seems unsafe. You may want to also check if the attic sleeping area in the house with the 5 single beds complies with local building code as a bedroom since it has no exterior egress windows or door access directly to the exterior. Our building code officials would not allow this and is a life safely hazard.

Reunion

Great properties to hold a family reunion. Plenty of rooms and space to eat inside or outside. You won’t want for anything during your stay. Sue provided her number in case any issues.... Which there were none. Highly recommend!
